Good evening ladies I hope everyone is having a nice day. I had my CT scan this morning on my stomach and I should hear something in a few days. Other than that I finished wrapping presents and that's it. Nothing too exciting. When I got home, I got online to check the board and read a few post on the main board. Well there was a post about a lady who just found out about some troubles with her pouch. Then I started freaking out about the weird feeling I've been having and got really scared. So what did I do.. SNACK!! I had to stop, take a walk then came home and took a nap for 1 1/2 hours. Why do I do this to myself?? Now my stomach hurts! Anyway, my menu... B~ Nothing.. couldn't have anything til after my scan L~ 1/4 c. chicken and broccoli, 1/4 c. shrimp lo mein and 2 bites of an egg roll.. first time I ate chinese since surgery and it was yummy! S~ Ok, here is where I got out of control.. picked 3 shrimp out of the lo mein, 2 sf popsicles, 1/2 a south beach diet snack bar, 6 pork rinds and 1/2 a orange. I'm totally ashamed of myself! This was off and on for an hour D~ Protein shake Vitamins: on track Water: 32 oz so far Exercise: 1.5 mile walk Have a great evening, Kay Anybody else have a snack attack today???

Hi all. I worked 12 hrs. overnight, fell asleep by 8:30 a.m. then I was up by 2 p.m.! I'm back at work tonight...it's gonna be a long night. Here's what I had: 12 a.m.: salad w/turkey ham, turkey pepperoni, cucumbers, some croutons, lite catalina drsg. 4:30 a.m.: protein hot chocolate, 1 oz. beef jerky nuggets 8 a.m.: Light n Fit yogurt, 1/2 mini WW bagel w/ lite margarine woke up! Had some cashews, mandarin oranges 5:30 p.m.: little pasta dish made w/ ground turkey, LF ricotta, spaghetti sauce, LF mozzarella, a few whole grain noodles I'll have some protein choc. pudding tonight. Vitamins: need B12 Exercise: took a break today Fluids: 72 oz. so far April

Here it is: B: SBD Protein Breakfast bar S: Large pear L: 1/2 C. Turkey Chili, sprinkled with shredded cheddar S: Bite of cinnamon roll D: 3 oz salmon, 8 baby carrots S: m&m's (a lot, like 3 or 4 handfuls), a tiny peice of peach pie w/ icecream

A day late, but here goes: B: 4 mini-quiche S: AchievOne Cappucino L: Sloppy Joe guts D: wafer thin bread, 1/2 mushroom/spinach enchilada, 1/2 spicy beef dish S: Russel Stover's Apple Cinnamon SF protein bar vitamins: done water: 96 oz. or so exercise: 20 minutes on bike, 100 sit-ups, arm weight workout Karla
