Good Evening!! How's everyone today? I'm good. Today I got up went to walmart to get the new pirates of the caribean movie and ended up shoppping around for an hour. Then I came home to wrap presents, catch up on my laundry and call a couple of rude customers for work. My menu~ B~ Protein shake L~ shredded bbq pork with a few bites each of coleslaw & baked beans S~ 1/2 a navel orange D~ 1 egg omlet w/ ham & cheese S~ Protein hot chocolate Vitamins: on track Exercise: 1 mile walk in the cold Water: only 18 oz so far but I'm working on it. Good evening Kay...Sounds like you had a busy day...My day didn't start off to well. I woke up early....Thought it was later...Fell back to sleep on the couch with my coffee in my hand...guess what? It spilled all over me the couch and my blanket. Then I woke the kids up and fell back to sleep on the couch only to wake up 10 minutes later and relize we were Really running late. So needless to say we rushed around and finally my daughter went to leave and of course her car would not start so I had to drive them to school and then we were Really, really late. It did get better from there though. My husband and I went to the travel agent to talk about going awa in the beginning of Feb...Not sure where yet but we do want somewhere warm....Any way enough about me.... B~coffee and protein L` 3 crackers with peanut butter on it.... D~ cheese off the pizza and 1 boneless chicken piece.... S~protein drink. 74 ounces of water plus 52 ounces of other fluid.... Exercise 1 mile on the treadmill. Vitamins working on it... Have a great evening~~ ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

Hi all! I have to work tonight so after the gym I hung around the house all day. Here's what I had: B- Light n Fit yogurt, cheese snack S- protein hot choc., 1 oz. jumbo cashews L- taco salad w/1 taco shell, 1/2 tortilla D- 3 oz. chicken/stuffing, broccoli S- I made some choc. protein pudding...yummy!!! I did good today! vitamins: done Fluids: not enough exercise: 1 hr. w/trainer April

It's been a long day of meetings for me. Tomorrow evening I go to Houston for my surgeon's support group. My son is going to drive me! I have to go buy a smaller bra on the way. My cousin is meeting us for dinner, because she had surgery, too. On the menu: B: 4 mini-quiche S: protein coffee L: chicken spectacular S: few SF nuts D: Mexican pizza from Taco Bell S: protein hot chocolate vitamins: done water: 104 oz. exercise: 20 minutes on bike, 100 sit ups, arm weight work out Karla 337/189/150
