Whatcha Eating on Monday?
Good evening Ladies
How's everyone doing? I'm good. It's just so dang cold outside. I went and bought some thermals. My legs are always cold when I'm out!
I did more christmas shopping and bought a tree. Now I'm getting ready to decorate it.
I hope everyone had a good day!
My menu~
B~ 1 egg scrambled w/ ham and cheese & half a slice of wheat toast
L~ 3 hot wings and 1/2 a side salad
S~ 10 Hot pork rinds
D~ Leftovers, baked chicken leg, 1/4 c. pinto's & 1/4 c. cabbage and tiny peice of corn bread
Water: 42 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: decoring tree and shopping

Hi Miss Kay. It's VERY cold outside, and the wind ain't helping at all. I had plans to go outside, but it's just too cold...even inside my apartment. Here's what I had today:
B- ham n cheese scrambled egg, 1/2 mini WW bagel and FF cream cheese
S- vanilla pumpkin protein shake 34 g protein
L- 1 taco wrap, 1 canned peach slice
S- 1 serving of Baked Cheetos...I'm tryin to make these last for at least 2 weeks!
D- 3 oz. of stuffed chicken breast, 1/4 c. broccoli
S- hopefully nothing...I've had enough for today!
Vitamins: need B12 as usual
Exercise: 1 hr. STEP class, 120 crunches
Fluids: 84 oz. so far...I'll keep sippin so that I don't snack!!!

I've been trying different things everyfew weeks. The vanilla/pumpkin I just use some vanilla protein and pumpkin pie spice...tasted pretty good. You can try real pumpkin too i guess. I also made a banana split shake the other day using 1/2 banana, some vanilla protein, SF choc syrup, and FF whipped cream topping...tasted pretty good too. I gotta change it up every once in a while or I get bored. Try SF Oreos w/ vanilla protein also...now that's good!!

A day late again...but here I go:
B: 4 mini-quiche
S: protein coffee
L: taco soup
S: 1 c CC Choc. milk
D: chicken spectacular, 1 Tbsp. corn, 1/2 dinner roll, 3 bites key lime pie
S: pretzel sticks w/ LF spicy ranch dip, 1 cream puff, and 1 mini Mr. Goodbar
vitamins: done
water: 104 oz. or more
exercise: 15 minutes on bike
