Hello Ladies I know everyone is out and about shopping or just enjoying the weekend but come stop in, share what you ate or just say hello. I been shopping all day and LOVE the crowd! I got a lot done so not too much more to do! My menu~ B~ 1 egg omlet w/ ham and cheese S~ Protein shake L~ Handful of hot popcorn .. I was shopping and not hungry D~ grilled steak topped with onions and cheese, refried beans and 4 tortilias dipped in salsa. Vitamins: on track Water: 50 oz so far Exercise: shopping Enjoy the rest of your weekend! Kay

Hi Kay! See...I'm the exact opposite. I can't stand all the crowds. I get mean and very impatient, therefore I do my shopping in the early hours during the week only! You're dinner sounds great!!! Here's what I had today: B- 1 c. Kashi GoLean cereal w/ milk, 1/2 of sliced up banana L- turkey ham n cheese w/ lettuce & LF mayo on slice of WW bread w/3 carrot sticks and some drsg S- banana split protein shake 27 g protein, 1 hr. later about 5 RF cheezits and sm. handful of popcorn D- 2 turkey meat tacos w/ LF cheese, FF sour cream, some taco sauce...been wanting these! S- probably nada...I've had enough today and it's already late Exercise: 45 mins at gym Vitamins: need B12 Fluids: 66 so far... April

Hi Kay...I didn't do much today in eating or anything else. I have not been feeling well. I get headaches and get nauseated with them... B~coffee with 40 gr protein powder...took me several hours to drink... L~nothing... S~ 2 crackers with jelly...didn't sit well... D~2 bites of chicken and a little of the insides of a manicotti... 1 cup coffee and 24 ounces of water.... No exercise.... vitamins and meds in... ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

I've been busy today cooking and cleaning. Now I just took a shower and have to go study my Sunday School lesson because I'm teaching tomorrow. It's been a long cleaning day, but I managed to squeeze in an hour nap in the middle. It felt good! on the menu: B: 4 tiny quiche S: soy chips and LF ranch dip L: protein mocha latte D: shrimp gumbo and a few pretzels and LF ranch dip S: ??? vitamins: done water: 96 oz. so far, more to go exercise: 2 mile walk/jog at park this morning and cleaning all day Karla 337/189/150
