~** TGIF**~ Happy Friday Ladies How's everyones day going? Mine has been good! After school, I had lunch at OCharley's with some classmates then we walked through the mall and did a little shopping. Now I'm home to chill the rest of the evening! My menu~ B~ Vanilla Power Crunch Bar L~ 1/2 of a half a turkey club sandwitch and most of a side salad S~ the rest of my sandwitch from lunch D~ 2 oz baked boneless pork chop & cucumber slices marinated in lite italian (Thanks April) S~ Protein hot chocolate

Isn't it good?! Try Newman's Own Lite Balsamic Vinagrette...even better! Today...I was lazy as hell! I woke up and made it to kickboxing class, then ran a couple errands. After that...on the couch! Here's what I had: B- egg n cheese w/ lite spam S- mint choc protein shake L- leftover pulled pork sandwich insides from yesterday, few bites of bread, couple of sweet potato chips, some salad D- greek salad w/ 2 oz. chicken, RF feta cheese, some cucumbers S- probably have a NSA Blue Bunny Bar Exercise: 1 hr at kickboxing...great workout today! Vitamins: need my B12 Fluids: 56 oz. so far... April

I'm glad it's Friday, too! On the menu: B: sausage/cheese crustless quiche S: Protein coffee l: 1/2 c chicken enchilada insides s: few nuts/cherry mix, 1 1/2 tamales & 1 tiny Mr. Goodbar miniature d: 2 c popcorn, 1 c chili, few fritos and little 2% cheese, 4 SF shortbread cookies dipped in a little SF cool whip (can you tell it's that time of the month?) vitamins: done water: 96 oz. so far exercise: 100 sit ups, 20 minutes on bike, arm workout w/ weights Karla 337/191/150
