Whatcha Eating on Thursday??
Hello out there! I hope everyone is doing ok. I've had a quiet laid back day!
I started to not post because I feel like I'm talking to myself! Nobody really shares their menu anymore but I thought.. "what the heck"!
The board is so quiet today! Hopefully it will pick back up after the weekend?!
My menu~
B~ 1 egg scrambled w/ cheese & 1 slice of wheat toast w/ 1 tab. SF jam
L~ Protein shake
S~ Few peices of beef jerky & a SF popsicle
D~ 2 oz baked boneless pork chop and 1/4 c. steamed broccoli
Vitamins: on track
Water: 32 oz so far
Exercise: none

Hey Kay. I didn't post yesterday because I had Bunco at my house. I've been at a conference today out of town. Temperatures went from 70 to 50 in about 10 minutes this morning. Kinda freaky. It's been 36 most of today. We're home doing nothing tonight. Going to watch Ugly Betty and Grey's Anatomy.
On the menu:
B: cheese grits and 1 piece of bacon
S: Achiev One Cappucino
L: BBQ beef & chicken, 2 bites potato salad, few bites beans, and 3 small bites banana pudding
S: SF Frosted pecans
D: BBQ beef, cheese, bacon bits, sour cream and Light butter on small amt. of baked potato
S: protein hot chocolate
vitamins: done
water: 76 oz. so far, more to go
exercise: walked about 1 1/2 miles this afternoon in 36 degree weather!

Thank you for taking out the time to post everyday. It has been kinda slow, but I think in general people are posting a little bit more just not on a a everyday basis. If you want, I can take over for you for a little while if you needed a break. Or if you feel like you need a break...just let me know. I like posting, so thanks for doing it! Here's what i had:
12 a.m.- chicken caesar wrap on WW tortilla
4:30 a.m.- Pure Protein bar
8 a.m.- 5 RF Club crackers, 2 pecans...i was starving b4 my workout!
10 a.m.- 1/2 serving RF Cheez-its after gym...shame on me, shoulda had a protein shake!
3 p.m.- cookies n cream protein shake
5:30 p.m.- meat from pulled pork sandwich, few bites of bread, a few sweet potato chips. Went to this new place..Cheeseburger in Paradise. It's Jimmy Buffet's restaurant chain. Great food!!!

Hey sweetie! Im trying to start posting my menu again, it keeps me motivated to stay away from the junk food. Im trying hard to make goal by Christmas......

D: 1 teaspoon pb, mushrooms, 4oz eggbeaters
coffee w/ creamer
I never get in my H2O anymore and rarely exercise..... I do however get my protein in!
