What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Hello Ladies
The board has been a little quiet lately. Everyone's either doing a lot of lurking or lots of christmas shopping. I worked in the ER this morning for school for 4 hours then went shopping for my parents 41st anniversary coming up. After that, I came home studied and just chilled around the house.
My Dr. just called with my labs and she said the only thing low is my vitamin D. I guess I'll be looking for another pill to take tomorrow.
My menu~
B~ Protein shake
S~ 1/2 a navel orange & small handful of sunflower seeds (in shell)
L~ 2 ham & Cheese roll up's
D~ 1/2 c. Turkey soup & salad w/ cheese, cucumbers and lite italian
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Vitamins: on track
Water: 36 oz so far
Exercise: nope

Hi all. It has been quite slow I see. The weather's really nice here, so everyone's probably out enjoying what they can! Here's what I had today:
12 a.m.- turkey ham n cheese on 1 slice WW bread w/ LF mayo, some cucumbers and drsg
3:30 a.m.- cheese snack w/4 crackers, Carb & Sugar control yogurt
7 a.m.- some graham crackers
5:30p.m.- 3 oz. baked chicken zingers, cucumbers w/drsg
10 p.m.- protein shake
Vitamins: done
Exercise: took a break today
Fluids: only 56 oz.today...do better tomorrow!
