What's on YOUR menu for Tuesday?
Hello How's everyone doing today? I'm ok. I had a couple errands to run this afternoon and that was pretty much my day.
My menu~
B~ Power crunch bar
L~ Inside of a chicken soft taco & Pinto's n cheese from taco bell.. major dump
D~ 1/2 c. turkey soup... if my tummy feels any better. right now it doesn't
Water: 24 oz so far
Vitamins: I'm behind
Exercise: none

It's been a quick and busy day. Had to go to Walmart again after work. I have Bunco at my house tomorrow evening, and am getting everything ready tonight. I don't have too much more to do.
On the menu:
b: spam pancake w/ SF syrup
s: few bites of nuts/cherry mix
l: 1 beef enchilada, few bites beans/rice
s: SF protein pudding
d: 1 buffalo chicken strip, few spiced nuts, few green beans
s: ???
vitamins: done
water: 84 oz. so far, more to go
exercise: rode bike for 20 minutes, arm weight work out, 100 sit ups

Hi all. I had my 16 hour at the hospital, went to my parents to send a fax, the gym w/ my trainer, go the drugstore, then.....home!!!! I was beaten and downtrodden!!! Here's what I had today:
12 a.m.: salad w/turkey pepperoni, turkey ham, LF mozzarella, cucumbers, and croutons w/ lite catalina drsg
3:30 a.m.: protein hot chocolate
7 a.m.: Luna Bar before gym
10:30 a.m.: some doritos...i was hungry!!
5:30 p.m.: last of thanksgiving...turkey, ham, mac n cheese, stuffing, green beans, collard greens, sweet potatoes
9 p.m.: need a protein shake
Vitamins- done
Exercise- ran, then 1 hr. w/ trainer
Fluids- 64 oz.

Hey Kay, I ran some errands today and had my blood drawn awiting the results when I see the doctor next week, I hope it is good.
I took my daughter shopping for the big winter dance the 9th of december and she bought Ipretty royal blue dress. (I will take pics soon)
B~ my husband made me scrambled eggs and cheese but I only ate 1/2 of it as I was nauseated all morning...I had my protein drink with coffee not 30 minutes before or after though cause that is a
L~5 shrimp....
S~one small banana and 1 spoon of peanut butter....
D~refried beans and cheese and 5 tostitio's... (sometimes I crave salt)
I had my vitamins,
72 oz water plus 52 ounces of other liquids.
I walked for 40 minutes on the tread mill...usually when I walk that long it is 2 miles but for some reason it says.....only 1.5 miles on the treadmill?

This always helps when I write it down:
I had:
B: 1/2 cup white cheddar smart pocorn
l: 1/2 inside of chicken potpie
s: 1/4 inside of chicken potpie (started feeling sick threw the rest away)
s: a few cashew pieces (mrs mays)
d: small carb control light & fit yogurt w a few shredded wheat mixed in (made me dump)
ok on water 1/2 way there
need to work on protien
good on vits
