full steam ahead???? w/o the chug chug chug

spent all nite trying to figure this site out (low IQ massive body fluff). i found some FAQ them lost the page and couldnt find my way back... 11/27/06 biggest day of my life 360 lbs. and tonite after 4 years of contimplating things have come to a head. called and inquired about sergery paying cash headed to Puerto Vallarta MX. I have the willies but i have been looking and reading my eyes into a fog. So tomarrow is the day I begain to change my life...... shaking out of my boots so happy:) , afraid :chair:, and filled with questions :-s
