What's on YOUR menu for Monday?
Good Evening Ladies
I stayed home all day and did laundry, filled out all my christmas cards and cleaned out the fridge. How exciting!! I hope everyone had a good day!
My menu~
B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled w/ ham
L~ Roast beef, cheese, lettuce and mustard on 1 slice of wheat toast
S~ Protein hot chocolate
D~ 1 c. Turkey soup
Vitamins: on track
Water: 40 oz so far
Exercise: 1.5 mile walk

Hi all. I slept most of the day until about 1:00 p.m. because I'm doing a 16 hr. shift at wor****il 7:30 a.m. Here's what I had today:
B- nada...slept
L- 2 oz. spam, 1/4 c. eggbeaters w/ cheese, 1/2 of small roll
S- protein shake 44g shake
D- leftover Thanksgiving dinner...turkey, ham, stuffing, mac n cheese, mashed taters, collard greens, sweet potatos...little bit of each
S- some cheese, peanut butter and 3 graham crackers...i was hungry for some reason!

A day late again...I ate more than I should have of carbs/bad food today. I'll be back on track tomorrow. I ate lunch w/ my boss and didn't get to eat what I had planned. Also worked in concession stand and was starving!
B: sausage/cheese crustless quiche
S: AchievOne Mocha Java
L: Pimento cheese salad, baked potato soup, a few potato chips, and 3 little bites carrot cake
S: nut/cherry mix and SF banana protein pudding
S: popcorn and SF frosted pecans
D: sloppy joe guts
vitamins: done
water: 96 oz. or so
exercise: sit ups, arm workout, and 20 minutes on bike in AM
