I have never done roll call before but the board is slow today so I figured...why not!

Here are my answers...
1. Are you struggling with your healthy eating efforts now that the holiday season is upon us?
*YES* And I am not sure if I am just using that as an excuse. I HATE turkey but I did not censor anything I put in my mouth this weekend. It was BAD! I am SO lucky I did not gain weight (did not lose weight, either).
2. If you are not there yet, how far are you from goal?
The plastic surgeon I saw said that I am at goal. But I do not consider myself to be. I still want to lose 16 lbs.
3. What was the worst thing you ate this weekend?
Everything from Cheese Doodles to chocolate. And I ate non-stop. Worst eating weekend ever!
4. What is your favorite holiday show?
Hmm...maybe Annabelle's Wish. But I refuse to watch it because it makes me bawl!
5. What are your goals for the new year?
My goal for the rest of THIS year is to reach my goal weight. Next year I want to sustain it and be healthy. I want to be the best Mom and Wife I possibly can be!

Yes, somewhat. But, I was struggling with "bread" type carbs before the holiday.
2. If you are not there yet, how far are you from goal?

3. What was the worst thing you ate this weekend?
Stuffing, I can't eat sugar because I will dump, but I am tellin' ya the pie was calling my name!
4. What is your favorite holiday show?
The Grinch (tells you a little bit about me now doesn't it!)
5. What are your goals for the new year?
To get a grip on myself as far as my emotions and who I am and making myself a happy person inside!

So here are my answers:
1. Are you struggling with your healthy eating efforts now that the holiday season is upon us? No, I'm struggling with health issues period!
2. If you are not there yet, how far are you from goal? 30lbs.
3. What was the worst thing you ate this weekend? Well for pain levels, turkey. Meat doesn't sit well. Neither does any type of bread product, crackers, ect.
I barely eat so I wouldn't call anything I eat bad or worse
4. What is your favorite holiday show? Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer.
5. What are your goals for the new year?To be in better health and start living my life. To use my YMCA membership that I'm paying for!!!

1. Are you struggling with your healthy eating efforts now that the holiday season is upon us? no, feel I am on track, I always eat a few carbs. I didn't get way off track over the holidays, but I'm no goody-two shoes all the time w/ eating anyway.
2. If you are not there yet, how far are you from goal? 41 lbs.
3. What was the worst thing you ate this weekend? a couple of chocolate chip cookies.

5. What are your goals for the new year? To get down to 150 lbs. and have plastic surgery this next summer if possible.
1. I struggle with 'eating' period. So many things don't agree with me - although the things that I don't have trouble with are pretzles, crackers, and popcorn - LOL.
2. I am 4 pounds away from the doctor's goal and 19 pounds away from my goal.
3. The worst thing I ate was cheese and crackers.
4. Hand down...........CHARLIE BROWN CHRISTMAS!!!!
5. Exercise more and practice fiscal responsibility. I need gastric bypass on my credit cards - LOL

* Definately... all the candy my mom buys is driving me crazy! I can't stop the voices!

* 35 Pounds... and it sure is a struggle

* Um, the candy and ice cream

* Show? Um... I dunno lol. I love all the Christmas Specials!

* Get the last 35 off, live life to the fullest, plastics

~ No, not at all. I had more carbs than usual and ate SF treats but I don't think I over-indulged. I said I was giving myself til Sunday and I did just that. I still lost weight!
2. If you are not there yet, how far are you from goal?
~49 lbs. til goal
3. What was the worst thing you ate this weekend?
~gravy and rolls or mac & cheese
4. What is your favorite holiday show?
~ A christmas story
5. What are your goals for the new year?
~ make it to 175 l bs. and maintain & join a gym

1. Are you struggling with your healthy eating efforts now that the holiday season is upon us? I find that I can eat alot more food now and can tolerate things that I couldn't before. Holiday season doesn't affect me at all since I don't celebrate.
2. If you are not there yet, how far are you from goal?
Since I have a tiny little frame and am 5'2", I have to lose about 35 to 40 more lbs. to feel I am at goal.
3. What was the worst thing you ate this weekend?
Probably too many potatoes.
4. What is your favorite holiday show?
Rose Parade.
5. What are your goals for the new year?
To reach goal next year.
