CHRIS, I totally loved the crustless sf pumpkin pie, it made my thanksgiving I didn't feel like I missed a thing, I ate the whole thing from thurs-sun. I am glad its gone now and wont make it again till maybe christmas but it was a wonderful treat, and I love when someone posts a recipe and you copy the screen you get to see there shining face when you make it, to cool.
