Good Evening Ladies
How is everyone doing today? I'm good! I had a good holiday and weekend but happy it's over. After church we did a little shopping and walked uptown for a couple hours.
The weather is beautiful here. I wi**** could stay just like this!

My menu..
B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters & 1/4 c. cornbeef hash
L~ Power crunch bar.. the new peanut butter flavor is YUMMY!
D~ Last of the leftovers! 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of turkey, 1/4 c. collard greens, few bites of mac n cheese and 1/3 of a roll.
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Vitamins: on track
Water: 40 oz so far
Exercise: walked uptown

The new flavors are Cinnamon Bun, Wild Berry Creme and Peanut buttercream. Yes, the new peanut butter is much better. I LOVE anything peanut butter but I thought the old pb bar was nasty. The new one is not dark chocolate on the outside. It's white chocolate instead. It taste more like real pb now.. almost like a pb cup.
I bought one of each flavor so I'll see if they are just as good too!

Nothing special for me today, but I am already tired of left-overs so I skipped them today
Breakfast: 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese and a small banana
Lunch: Protein Shake
Dinner: Smartones Schewan Chicken Dinner
Snack: 1 oz raw almonds
Vitamines and iron in
Excersise: 30min on the glider
Fluids: 50 oz so far
Hello everyone. I had a laid back day...I need those every once in a while. I went to the gym today and had a great workout. I ran for 11 mins and could've gone longer, but I was ready to get on another piece of equipment. I'm just getting back into running, so I need to do it in steps. I love it! Here's what I had today:
B- 1/2 c. eggbeaters w/cheese, 2 oz. lite spam
L- salad w/turkey pepperoni, turkey ham, cucumbers, lite mozzarella cheese, croutons, and lit catalina...yummy!
S- mint choc protein shake 44 g protein...Luna Bar about 45mins later (needed the carbs!)
D- 3 oz. baked chicken, 1/4 c. peas n carrots, 1/4 c. brown rice
S- probably have a couple bites each of apple pie and banana pudding
Exercise- 24 mins on treadmill (run/walk), 35 mins on elliptical, 120 crunches
Vitamins- need Calcium and B12
Fluids- 64 oz. so far....

We went to church today, out to eat w/ my family, and to Wallie World for groceries. I worked around the house all afternoon and evening getting things ready for the week.
On the menu:
B: Sausage/cheese crustless quiche
S: Achiev One Mocha Java
L: too many tortilla chips and salsa/chile con queso; 1 beef enchilada, 1 chile con queso puff, and a few bites beans and rice
S: Sausage dip and a few soy chips and SF frosted pecans
D: Sloppy joe guts
S: protein hot chocolate
vitamins: done
water: 104 oz.
exercise: work around the house
