Hiya Ladies
How is everyone doing today?? I'm good. It has been a long week and I'm soooo sleepy. They had a sale this morning at Kmart from 7 to 12 and I cant resist a sale so I went and checked it out! I was able to mark 2 things off my xmas list so that's a good thing. We ended up shopping half the day. I'm now home studying and ready to take a long hot bath and go to bed!
I know the board is slow on Saturdays but I'm use to asking about menu's so I'm here to do just that. I've been so off my routine with leftovers but I'm not over doing it so I don't feel guilty. Tomorrow is the last day of Thanksgiving eating for me! I don't know if anyone is nervous about stepping on the scale Morning like I am!? I've always said, "The more I eat, the more I loose".... I'll see Monday!
Ok, I could go on and on.. Enough of me yappin...
My menu...
Early am~ Protein shake
B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled w/ ham & Cheese
L~ 2 slices of turkey and 1/4 c. sweet potato casserole made w/ splenda
S~ 3 bites of steph's SF carrot cake
D~ 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of turkey 1/4 c. collard greens and few bites of mac & cheese.
Vitamins: on track
Water: only 20 oz so far but i'm working on it.
Exercise: shopping!

Hi Kay,
Your eating doesn't look bad at all...in fact it looks delicious!!! I'm not feeling all that great today, so I cut back a little. I really overdid it on Thanksgiving & haven't felt right since. Here's my day:
B: powercrunch bar
L: yogurt & 3 pretzel rods
D: 1/2 ham & cheese burrito--only ate about 5 or 6 bites
S: no snacks cuz my tummy just doesn't feel that good today
lots of water, but no exercise. I haven't been to the gym since the end of Oct. I've just been sooooooo tired working full time. I plan on going back Monday & getting back into the groove of things.
Hi Kay. I don't care if it's a sale or not...I love shopping! I was gonna go shopping today but I-95 was packed with traffic, so I turned around and went to my BF mom's house for a bit. I got back into my workout routine today, and had a great workout. Here's what I had today:
B- ham n cheese eggbeater omelette, 1/2 WW english muffin w/ 1 oz. FF cream cheese, some SF preserves
L- 7 Light Doritos, ham n cheese on 1/2 silce of bread, 1/2 an apple
S- iced coffee protein
D- 2 oz. baked pork chop, some garlic butter potatoes, some salad w/ lite balsamic vinagrette and croutons
S- not sure...maybe some protein pumpkin cheesecake pudding or other 1/2 of apple
Exercise: elliptical 30 mins, bike 20 mins, ran 10 mins
Vitamins: need calcium and B12
Fluids: 56 so far...

A day late again. We went to Houston shopping yesterday. Most of the girls in my family went, 8 of us. Here goes:
B: Sausage cheese crustless quiche
S: Protein shake
L: few bites bread w/ butter, 5 fried zucchini slices, Shrimp/crab salad
S: parmesan/garlic cheese straws, Russel Stover Apple/Cinnamon protein bar, few bites pecans
D: leftover boiled shrimp/crab from salad, few more cheese straws, and SF pumpkin pie
vitamins: in
water: 100 oz. or so
exercise: 2 mile walk/jog at park in AM
