Watcha Eating on Black Friday?
Good Evening Ladies! I hope everyone had a nice shopping day! I really enjoyed my day. I got in Walmart line this morning at 3:15 am for a computer, IDog, The Hulk movie and a printer. We went to a couple more stores then came home to take a nap. Then decided to shop a little bit more. I'm now home to relax the rest of the day.
My menu~
B~ 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of turkey & half a roll
L~ 2 slices of ham and 1/4 c. collard greens
S~ "pure protein" protein bar
D~ 2 slices of turkey, 1/4 c. collard greens few and a few bites of potato salad
S~ probably a very small peice of sf pecan pie
Vitamins: on track
Water: 40 oz so far
Exercise: lots of shopping!

B- Starbucks Latte and Pumpkin Loaf
S- Low Carb Muffin (made them last night for our LB potluck)
L- A little of each: Turkey, mashed potato, yam, stuffing, gravy
D- We're having Steak!

Water: only 24 oz so far, but I'll get in another 48 for sure tonight...
Exercise: work at LB this am (8-12:45), I've been an ice cube since 5:00 though!
Walmart had them this morning for $10.00! Great deal! They only had 20 and people were running through the store looking for them. I didn't realize how popular they were. They are a little smaller than I was expecting but they are cute. I had no clue what an iDog was til my daughter asked me about it a week ago.
Hi Kay, I too was up early for shopping and did really well with eating ****il tonight)
I didn't get and Idog but I did get IFLOPS...Theya re really cute stuffed animals with a wire to connect to your ipod and it plays over speakers on the animals ears. Usually $30 but I got it for $10....I also got the Hulk for $1.88....
B~ protein coffee 40 grams from 5am to 8am......
L~ham and cheese with a little bread.....
S` more coffee with protein...
D` a couple bites of turkey left overs 1 deviled egg
S~ too many heath bars (bite size but couldn't pass them up.....

16 oz ice tea (diet)

A day late again. Not my best eating day, either, but you gotta eat what you want every once in a while so you don't feel deprived!
B: 1/2 small biscuit w/ gravy and 1 piece of bacon. We haven't had this since surgery. It sure was good! My son cooked breakfast for us, including the homemade gravy.
S: AchievONe Cappucino
L: grazing on assorted dips: sausage/cheese, spinach dip, cheese dip; few wheat thin crackers, few soy chips, ham, layered vegetable salad, few bites pork tenderloin
S: SF/Low fat peanut butter pie
D: steak, few bites of mashed potato, green beans
S: SF pumpkin pie

exercise: 2 miles at park in morning: walk/jog
