Evening Kay!!!!!!!!!!!
B/L: I was in bed!!! I didn't have an alarm at T's house and slept and slept! ACK!
S: 2 Club Crackers
D: some Turkey, ham (not good with Pookie), yams, stuffing, cauliflower, green beans, gravy, corn and peas, cranberry sauce... just a little of each- it was all soooo yummmy!
Dessert: some pie, a tiny bit of icecream and whipped cream.... HEAVEN!!!!!
Vits: Nada
Water: 60 ounces so far
Exercise: Nothing... well T and I went for walk lol
A day late again, but here goes.
B: Sausage/jalapeno crustless quiche
L: Turkey, SF Sweet potato casserole, broccoli-cheese casserole, dressing
S: 1 Choc. chip cookie, 1 piece of SF pumpkin pie, and 1 oreo ball (yes, someone made them: crushed oreos rolled into a ball and dipped in white choc. - good, but really sweet! All of this wasn't eaten at the same time.
D: 2 Tbsp. enchiladas, soy chips and cheese dip, small bite of ham, 1/2 choc. chip cookie
S: protein hot chocolate
I ate a few "bad" things, but was satisfied, got good food, and feel okay about it.
today we're having a Univ. of Texas vs. Texas A & M football game party at my sister's. We're having ham, dips, and I made a sf peanut butter/cream cheese pie.

exercise: walked 2 miles at park in AM
