Hi Kay
Well I thought I was doing so well, but I guess my pouch doesn't like dressing I had allowed 1/2 dressing in my menu for today but my pouch would have none of it So I had to excuse myself during dinner and :bard:

Not sure if I ate too much or something didnt agree with me, but I felt really sick after eating dinner....I went potty and felt much better. The pie was made with very little sugar and I had no problem with it. Overall, a very yummy day!

I really don't get to exercise because I'm attatched to an IV. But I haven't been out in weeks so today my DH took me out for a ride and we went to the beach and walked on the boardwalk for a few minutes, it was at sunset and it was beautiful.
I realize I very blessed in so many ways yet at the same time I'm sad because I'm missing out on so much especially time.
Please continue your prayers for me!
Have a blessed evening!
Hugs,
Julie
Happy Thanksgiving!!! Hope everyone had a great holiday. Today, folks.....I ate! I ate well!!! It was like surgery never happened to me. I didn't get sick, I felt fine, and I enjoyed myself. I didn't limit myself whatsoever...whatever I wanted I ate! I didn't eat a presurgery plate, but I was able to eat maybe a 7 year olds plate and then some Here's what I had (i worked last night):
12 a.m.: chicken enchilada casserole
4:30 a.m.: protein hot chocolate
5 p.m.: "Thanksgiving feast"- ham, turkey, seafood salad, mac n cheese, collard greens, stuffing, 3 bites of biscuit, cranberry sauce, then I went back about 1/2 hour later and had turkey, ham, stuffing, mac n cheese, few bites of biscuit. For dessert I had small slice of sweet potato pie, small slice of strawberry shortcake.
Now I'm at work, and I've been grazing on carbs....I confess! Back to the gym on Monday for me. I'm not getting on the scale until next weigh in! Have a great night!!!
