"Thanksgiving Eve" So, How's everyone doing this COLD afternoon?? I'm good. I've been really busy doing last minute shopping, cleaning up, laundry and baking. The stores are crazy. I can imagine how they are gonna be Friday but I love it! Anyway, I hope eveyone had a nice day.. My menu~ Early am~ Protein shake B~ 1 egg, ham & cheese out of a breakfast sandwitch L~ "Pure Protein" protein bar S~ Beef jerky D~ Baked flounder, 4 broiled shrimp and small salad Protein: 121 .. never had this much protein in one day Vitamins: on track Water: 42 oz so far Exercise: cleaning Have a good evening and a Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow Kay

Hi all. It's been nasty, cold, and rainy today. Perfect day to be lazy, which I did most of the day. Here's what I had today: B- ham n cheese eggbeater omelet, 1/2 english muffin w/ FF cream cheese and SF preserves S- protein shake 44 g protein L- 3 oz. tuna salad w/ 8 wheat crackers, some cucumber slices and lite catalina drsg D- about 1/2 c. enchilada casserole, some salad S- I'll probably have a cheese snack tonight Vitamins: check exercise: um.... Fluids: need some work! Have a great Thanksgiving! April

Hello from warm and sunny Chicago Go figure. Tomorrow it's suppose to be over 60 Anyway here is my menu for today: Breakfast: 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese and 1/2C grapes Lunch: Protein shake Dinner: 1C turkey Chilli and 2oz lowfat cheedar Nothing new or interesting

We were cooking for Thanksgiving most of today, I'm sure like most everyone else. B: protein coffee L: 2 tamales S: piece of SF pumpkin pie S: few bites of turkey D: 1 piece of hbg. pizza S: protein hot chocolate Weird eating day. Was really busy vitamins: done water: 96 oz. exercise: 30 minutes on bike Karla 337/191/150

Hey Kay, I thought I was the only one that ate Pure Protein Bars...do you get yours at Walmart? I love the chocolate ones...they are the best. AM: 1/2 of Chicken Breast Snack: Grapes w/ Cool Whip Lite Lunch: Turkey w/string beans (1/2 of left over Lean Cuisine from last night's dinner) Dinner: 3 Veggie Bites (Broccoli/Cheese) Snack: Grapes w/Cool Whip Lite Lots of water!!! Hi Kelli Nope, you are not the only "pure protein" eater. I heard Jaci and April talking about how good they were so when I seen them in Walmart, I grabbed one and really liked it. The only protein bar that I like besides that is Power crunch bars but I have to say, it's just as good.. if not better. The only flavor I have tried is the peanut butter. I also bought the blueberry flavor but haven't tried it yet. Grapes w/ Cool Whip??!! Now that sounds good! Have a nice Thanksgiving! Kay

I have to say...today was the worst day of eating that I've had since surgery!! I don't know what happened..I just lost it. I'm cooking for 12 people for Thanksgiving so I had to go to the grocery store. Well, I have made a peanut butter cream cheese pie for the last 2 years that my family just loves, so I had to buy all of the ingredients. I am making it sugar free, but not telling anyone. I bought sf reese peanut butter cup minatures to put on the top if the pie along with Hershey's sticks for a shaved chocolate also on top. Well, I've eaten 2 entire Hershey sticks myself along with the end pieces that I shaved. They only have 6 grams of sugar, but I sure do feel light headed right now. I also had about 4 or 5 sf reeses pnut butter cups (miniatures). Thennnnnnnn I got all of the mixture done & I licked the beaters & the bowl....WHY?????????? The chocolate didn't even taste like I remember it. I did ok at breakfast & lunch,,,but we had dinner at a Mexican restaraunt & I filled up on chips & salsa before I got my baked burrito. I had to take my burrito home with me. Bad, bad, bad Tomorrow will be turkey & a small helping of mashed potatoes---I promise! Kathy

Hi Kay.. It was a sunny but cool day here.. I love the new picture you look wonderful!! B~ nothing L~2 egg omelette which had bacon,onion and cheese S~almonds D~3 chicken strips from McDonalds S~3 sf wafers fluids-20 oz of water, 20 oz of hot tea Vitamins-done exercise~ 1 hour step aerobics, then a 45 min water aerobics class this evening.
