Good Evening Ladies How's everyone doing today? I'm ok. I had a lazy day today. Nothing exciting going on here. It's just really cold!! I hope everyone had a nice day. My menu~ B~ 1 egg scrambled with ham & Cheese L~ 1/2 c. sloppy joe guts (no bun) w/ cheese S~ 8 Hot pork rinds D~ Salad w/ chicken breast, cheese, cucumbers, baby carrots & lite catalina dressing S~ Protein shake Vitamins: on track Water: 40 oz so far Exercise: none Have a nice evening, Kay

Hello Kay.. It's in the 50's here today and sunny... but still cold to me! B~ nothing L~ 1/2 chef salad S~almonds..sf popsicle..3 sf wafers D~ other 1/2 of chef salad Vitamins done Water/Hot tea.. 10 oz Exercise~water aerobics Have a warm evening! Anna

Kay...your sloppy joe guts sound good. I need to make some. I've been wanting that lately. It's cold today here too. I went to our Vanity Fair outlet store here today and got 2 pr. of flannel pajama pants for $16. I already washed and dried them and have a pair on. They feel nice and warm. B: Cheese grits S: AchievOne & nut/berry mix L: Chicken Spectacular S: Pumpkin Cheesecake Protein Pudding D: 2 tamales S: maybe popcorn...I haven't had any in a while and it's calling my name! vitamins: done water: 72 oz. so far, more to go Exercise: cleaned bathrooms, washed dishes, and shopped at outlet store (not my best exercise effort) Karla 337/191/150

Hi all. I've been tired all day from working overnight last night. It was sooooo sllllooowww at work! Here's what I had: 12 a.m.- 1 bite seafood salad, 1 bite egg salad, 4 grapes, some pita chips...couldn't find anything that tasted good enough 4:30 a.m.- cheese snack, 4 saltines 8 a.m.- some FF when i got home...I'm on my friggin cycle! But the pringles are 3 p.m.- protein shake 5:30 p.m.- made a chicken enchilada casserole thingy...just threw some stuff together! It tasted sooo good though. I'm gonna try it with shrimp next time. Snack- I'll probably have some cheesecake protein pudding i made. Exercise: what's that??? Vitamins: almost done Fluids- working on 48 oz. now... April
