I'm going to check it out when I'm there and see if maybe some tickets become available. I'll be San Diego next Tuesday and Wednesday if anyone wants to meet up for lunch!

Maybe we should look for something for Saturday Night. Everyone will be there that night and if we have a larger group maybe we can get a bigger discount?

That's the night I looked at for Thunder. The prices for the Blue Man start at $71.. and go to $121.00 depending on where you want to sit. They may give a group special I don't know.. I just looked at the website to get an idea of cost.

I guess because I believe I can't make the party, I have forgotten the dates. One never knows with my schedule what I am doing. In fact, they are saying they aren't putting me on Rod Stewart after all. So, there is always a chance. I am really starting to regret that I might not making it. So, lets see if my schedule will work. Now I love vegas and all it has. Here are things I know of and all. Hilton has a living Star Trek show/ride. There is the new Beatles show, that is getting raves. Each hotel has a free show, most after dark. I suggest you get together and hire a limo, not alot, $30 an hour, split 6 ways? Ok, now they will take you to each hotel show, drop you off up front and return when it is over. Shows are like Treasure Island pirate show, the water show at Bilagio (sp). Rio has the mardi gras show, you can pay a fee an be part of it, in a gandola that is way up around the open casino, lots of gymnastic stuff going on. The valcano, the lions at the Mirage, the sharks, not sure where. So these are all free, just the price of the limo. It is hard to walk to whole strip and driving is out. They do have the Tram, but that is at the back of the hotels and a walk to get to each free show. So you are limited on how many you will see. Oh, then Freemont street has a great show with lights that put on a movie in the sky. Now to pay for stuff, you can go to the top of the stratosphere and they have rides there. Just to go up cost money. They have a roller coaster at the NY NY. There are IMax stuff at the Luxor (a hotel you must see anyway, that is free). There are several circus solei shows at different hotels, I think there are 4 or 5. Then there is Celine's show. Plus who ever else is in town at that time. The Rio has the best buffet in town, use to be very cheap, not so now. But I know I can't do buffets. The WIld Wild West has a very good cafe for cheap when money is getting tight. Some hotels have chain restaurants, but you pay a premium. Anyway, just my experience in Vegas. I have not seen the Paris Hotel, which I hear is wonderful. I was disapointed with the MGM, I thought they hada museum, but it either closed or I heard wrong. If I think of anything else, I will post my ideas. Still hoping I might make it. Cross your fingers.
