Good Evening Ladies!!! I hope everyone is having a nice day. It's freezing here but I'm ok. After school, I went to walmart to do my last minute shopping for Thanksgiving then came home and did a little studying. Other than that, I just hung out around the house. My menu~ B~ Protein shake S~ Protein shake L~ Leftovers from last night.. 1.5 oz steak, 1/3 of a baked potato and 2 shrimp S~ 10 Hot pork rinds.. i cant wait til these are gone. I'm addicted! D~ 1/2 c. sloppy joe made with turkey on 1 slice of wheat toast Protein: 111 Fluids: 48 oz so far Vitamins: ohh no, I totally forgot. I'm gonna do that right now! Hey Kay...I had a lot to do today after work, so I'm just getting around to posting. It has been cold here today and is supposed to be about 30 in the morning. Brrr... On the menu: B: LF/LC Sausage balls S: Pumpkin Cheesecake protein pudding L: Chili w/ cheese and handful of nut/berry mix S: AchievOne Cappucino D: tomato soup w/ a few SB WW crackers S: Pumkin Cheesecake protein pudding vitamins: done water: 88 oz. so far exercise: 100 sit ups, workout w/ arm weight, and 20 minutes on bike Karla 337/192/150

Hi all. It's a little late, but I was running around all day yesterday. Here's what I had: B- RTD Banana cream shake S- 1/2 Jay Robb's protein bar, some FF pringles L- 1 slice chese, ham w/ LF mayo on 1 slice honey wheat bread 1/2 banana. Low carb bread is nasty...I'm buyin regular from now on! S- other 1/2 of banana S- 1 pack of goldfish, some cashews...i needed some energy while shopping! D- 2 oz. chicken parmesan, some salad S- some FF pringles...why did I buy them????? I had a lot of carbs today, but I was on the move so much! I worked out this morning at least, so I needed some. I just snacked alot today. Oh well.....tomorrow is already here! April
