Prayers for US Soldiers
I thought it would be nice if we could all set some time aside each day, especially during Thanksgiving and Christmas to remember all of our soldiers in Iraq and other far away countries serving for our freedom to celebrate the holidays. My friend is preparing to go back to Iraq sometime in January, he re-enlisted and will be trained as an MP this time around, he is suppose to go along with some company to Iraq in early January or whenever his training is done. I worry so much about him going back to Iraq with the increased amount of violence. So, please keep those who have answered the call to serve our country in your prayers, and for those who have fallen victim to this ugly war and their families as they cope with the loss of a loved one.
To any of you who have members serving our military, my thoughts and prayers are with you. God Bless!

I totally understand. My little brother 25 year old is in Iraq right now. He was part of the 172nd SBCT that was extended. He has been over there for 15 months. First in Mosul, now in Baghdad. I worry so much for him. You can check out my profile and see his pics. He is scheduled to return this week to Alaska and Dec. home to California. Thank god. I always pray for their safety. Thanks for remembering.

Hi Norma,
I pray for your brother and his company that they come home safely and stay home. I've been trying to be supportive but it's so hard when you know so many are not coming home, or if they do they may be seriously injured. So, I do pray for all the men and women that give us the opportunity to live a free life. May they always be remembered!
