Ok, Where the heck is everyone today. I've checked the board twice and it's dead!! I went to the mall today and it was packed! Maybe everyone is out christmas shopping. Anyway, I hope everyone had a great weekend! I doubt too many people will respond but I'm posting anyway!! My menu... B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters w/ cheese & 2 strips of turkey bacon L~ Protein hot chocolate S~ Hot pork rinds D~ Steak, 4 grilled shrimp, 1/2 a side salad and 1/3 of a baked potato S~ Grapes or SF popsicles if I want something. vitamins: on track Exercise: shopping? Water: 44 oz so far Have a great evening, Kay

Hey, Kay. I guess it has been slow! I was on the couch all day yesterday, and out the house all day today. Here's what I had: B- 1 c. Ka**** grain cereal w/ 4 oz. 2% CC milk L- 3 oz. ham steak, 1/4 c. cheesy potatoes, 1/4 cup cucumbers w/ lite drsg D- 2 oz. baked chicken, 1 tbsp potatoes, some broccoli n carrots S- need a protein shake before i go to bed! Exercise- was supposed to go to the gym to work off breakfast....never made it! Vitamins- Fluids- once again April

Kay, I know you like cucumbers, and you turned me on to them too! I started eating mine w/ lite catalina drsg and also chopping them up, marinating them in lite balsamic vinagrette and eating them. Girl....you should try it!!! April

Cucumbers marinated in catalina sounds really good!! I'm gonna try that. I bought lite cataline dressing tonight because I wanted something different. Tonight was the first time I had catalina dressing and I liked it.

You're right the board has been slow. I was going to post yesterday's menu, but that girl that puts up the "What's on Your Menu" never posted yesterday! Oh well here goes today. On the menu: B: 1 side of 1/2 crossant w/ 1 piece of sausage and 1 piece of ham, 1 Tbsp. scrambled egg, and a tiny square of cheese (at church), a few grape guts, and 1 strawberry L: insides and part of tortilla from Taco Bell combo burrito S: Protein Hot Chocolate, later 10 or so soy crisps and LF dip D: carne guisada S: maybe SF popsicle vitamins: done water: 84 oz. so far exercise: wrapping gifts, unloading and reloading china cabinet Karla 337/192/150

Karla I don't know why "that girl" didn't post yesterday!? I wanted to share my menu too but couldn't. Shame on her Kay PS: I heard the reason it was never posted is because she was out all evening.
