~*Happy Friday!!*~ The board has been quiet today. I guess everyone is out starting the weekend early. I'm staying in tonight so nothing exciting about my Friday night. I had school today then had a dr. appointment. I got a flu shot and got my labs done. I have been having a weird feeling in my upper right stomach area so she is gonna schedule me for a scan of some kind to make sure everything is ok in there. I'm thinking hernia but that's just a guess. I have had some major head hunger today. All I have wanted to do is munch on everything. It's that time of the month so I'm guessing that's what it is or I'm just having one of them days. So come on share your menu's.. the good, the bad and the snacky (like mine) My menu~ B~ 2 strips of turkey bacon then a protein shake an hour later S~ handful of hot pork skins S #2~ 4 ff pringles and 4 grapes L~ 1/2 c. healthy choice chicken tortilia soup and 1/2 a small side salad with lite italian S~ a very small peice of SF b-day cake. S#2 ~ 5 grapes D~ Turkey burger (no bun) w/ cheese, lettuce, onions and mustard S~ I don't need anything but if I do give in, it will be sf popsicles SHAME ON ME Vitamins: on track Water: 32 oz Exercise: I felt so guily of my snacking I took a 1.5 mile walk in the cold! Hi Kay, Thanks for doing this even when the Board is slow! Today my menu consisted of: B - PowerCrunch Bar S - AchievOne drink L - Lunch at Max's at the Stanford Mall - ordered a shrimp Louie with dressing on the side. Only ate the protein part of the salad. S - AchievOne D - Not sure S - Protein drink Have a wonderful weekend! Karen S.

Hi all. Today's been good for me. I drove to Baltimore this morning, and came back by 11 a.m.! Then I had time to see my boyfriend's mom and came home to be lazy. Overall, it's been a good day. Here's what I had: B- Atkins shake speedin down I-95! S- Pure Protein bar Late lunch- salad made w/ 2 oz. chicken, 1/2 oz. cheese, cucumbers, croutons, and lite balsamic vinagrette...it was good! S- protein hot chocolate Late dinner- probably have some leftover shrimp and broccoli April

Hi Kay, Cold quiet day here. B-nothing S-almonds L-chicken fettuccini.. I ate the chicken out of it and a few noodles. D-spaghetti made with wheat noodles..lean hamburger, tomatoes S-cheese sticks at Denny's I know B A D vitamins-done fluids-40 oz of hot decafe tea exercise- step aerobics Have a wonderful night Anna

A day late again. My son and I went to Houston as soon as school was out and got back late. On the menu: B: LF/LC Sausage cheese balls S: Protein coffee L: Chicken Spectacular D: Outback Steakhouse: 3 oz. prime rib, 1 little piece of bread w/ butter, Blue cheese chop salad, and a few green beans. S: pretzels and LF onion dip l-) - out of soy chips - got to buy more tomorrow! vitamins: done water: 88 oz. exercise: 15 minutes on bike, arm weight work out, and 100 sit ups Karla 337/193/150
