Hello How's everyone doing today? I'm Freezing! This is gonna be a long winter for us. After I went to the store to get a turkey and ham, I stayed home. I had plenty of clothes on but I couldn't shake that chill. I really need to go study so I'm posting a few minutes early. My menu~ B~ 1/4. c. eggbeaters scrambled w/ ham and cheese L~ 1/2 c. healthy choice chicken tortilia soup & half a cheese quesadilla made with 1/2 a wheat LC wrap. S~ Few grapes D~ 1/4 c. tuna salad and lettuce on 1 wheat toast S~ Protein shake Protein: 84 Water: 30 oz so far Vitamins: on track Exercise: nope Have a great day, Kay

It's pretty cold here today in Texas, too. It was 39 this morning and got to 57. Tomorrow it's supposed to be 34 and will get to mid-60's or so. On the menu: B: LC/LF sausage cheese balls S: AchievOne Mocha Java L: 1 beef/cheese enchilada, 1/4 c refried beans/ 1 tbsp. rice, few bites of nut/cherry mix. S: SB WW crackers and LF onion dip D: Chili w/ LF cheese S: Protein hot chocolate vitamins: done water: 64 oz. so far, much more to go exercise: zip . . . was on computer instead this morning taking care of business. How do you make LC/LF sausage cheese balls or is it a ?

April, no secret. I don't have nutritional info for these. I make them, freeze, put 4 in a small ziploc bag - grab and go for work breakfast. Mix 3 c Low fat bisquick, 1 lbs. Owens or Jimmy Dean hot sausage, and 2 c LF cheddar cheese, grated. Roll into small balls, bake at 325 for about 15 minutes. They're great! Karla

Hi all! I've been sooo busy today, running around all day in the pouring rain. It was nice outside...just really windy, then it started monsooning here. Here's what I had today: B- 1/2 cup eggbeaters w/ ham n cheese, 1 slice LC bread and margarine L- 2 oz. roast beef, 2 spoonfuls mashed potatoes S- protein hot chocolate 31 g protein D- half of breadstick, some salad, few shrimp from dinner at Olive Garden S- maybe some cheese or peaches Exercise: really need to start back up....been sick Vitamins: just about finished Fluids: 64 oz. so far...workin on more April
