Welcome back!! Take a deep breath and relax.. What are you eating?? how often?? are you drinking enough? Are you exercising? Also stress will cause you to gain weight soooo lets minimize the stress your under!!
I was told before I had the surgery by my surgeon that once I reached goal weight that I would possibly gain back up to 20 lbs before your body stabilizes.... that's why I want to get to 130...so if I gain back 20 lbs.. I'll be at 150 lbs which is where I am now and I'll be happy with that.

You should know that we are like a bra.......close to your heart and good support - LOL.......
I agree with the others - everything I've read is go back to the 'basics'.........protein and water.........and exercise........even if its not all 30 minutes at one time.....
