What's on YOUR menu for Monday?
Hello Ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm doing just fine.
Today I went to school then went shopping for new boots. My class had a little party for me and we had a nice time. I'm now on the way to eat Red Lobster.
My menu..
B~ Protein Hot chocolate
L~ 2 hot wings, 3 coctail weiners, 3 chunks of cheese, 2 wheat thins, couple bites of pasta salad and 1 pineapple chunk.
D~ Red Lobster.. I'll come back later to share my dinner.
Vitamins: on track
Water: 35 oz so far
Exercise: shopping?

Glad you're having a nice birthday. Hope Red Lobster is good. Mmm...those biscuits can't be beat. I ate almost a whole one the other day. Shouldn't have, but did!
ON the menu:
B: low fat/carb sausage balls
S: handful of nut/dried cherry mix
L: BBQ beef tips
S: Protein coffee
S: Soy chips and LF onion dip
D: chicken cordon blue & 1 asparagus spear
vitamins: done
water: 100 oz.
exercise: 100 sit ups, 20 minutes on bike, and arm weight workout

Hi all. I've been sleeping most of the day! It was rainy all day, and I think I'm getting a cold. Here's what I had:
B- 1 cup Kashi cereal w/ CC 2% milk, half of banana
L- tuna fish w/ 6 wheat crackers, about 4 cucumber slices w/ lite drsg
S- some parmesan goldfish
D- 3 oz. chicken, 1/4 c. broccoli, 1/4 c. whole grain rotini noodles topped with lite Alfredo/parmesan sauce....yum!
S- protein hot chocolate...new brand and it tastes so so
