Hey everyone I thought I would tell Jersey Mom thank you for the great job you did on the Holiday Exchange card list. I loved the fact you put pictures with the names and then when addressing them I put the face to the name. Great idea. Anyway my cards are all ready to go to the post office..but I think I will wait a couple more days. My tree is up and all my inside decorations and now I just have to shop (my favorite pastime) and do the outside but really that is my husbands job. ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

You're my kind of girl, Chris. I don't have my cards ready, but I put up one of my 2 big Christmas trees yesterday and will pull down the rest of my decorations (about 20 or so big plastic tubs tomorrow evening. I won't put the outside stuff out until Thanksgiving so the neighbors won't think I'm crazy. I love Christmas decorations! Karla

Karla, I love the holidays too...If you can start shopping in August why not put up the tree and decorations? It just puts me in a better mood. My neighbors already think I am nuts ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

Well I do lead a very boring life and I shop alot so I bought my cards last week. I figured if I mailed them tomorrow everyone would have them by Wed and that really will be early so I will wait just a couple more days. As soon as I got the list I filled them out. Now if I could just get more organized with the rest of my life. Have a good night! ~~hugs and well wishes~~ Chris

Aww...Chris...you are SO welcome! It was my absolute pleasure to do it! And may I say...WOW! You are incredible to have done all that already. In my opinion, November 1st is the start of the Holiday Season! I mean...really...there is SO much effort in decorating that I want my stuff up for at least two months! However, with my toddler, I find that I have NO time and, quite honestly, I FEAR for my decorations this year. My son's nickname is "The Destructor." I will have the only tree in the neighborhood that has decorations only on the top half! Congrats for being ready for the holiday already...I am envious! Hugs, Jersey

My family had our family pictures taken this weekend so my cards will be with photo of us. I am excited to send them out to family I have not seen in a while. Some do not even know I had surgery. I usually put the trees up during my time off at Thanksgiving. I have having 25 - 9 and 10 year old over on Saturday for my sons birthday party. All I am thinking about now is cleaning the house.

By the way, did you have "Leaving on a Jet Plane" in your head when you wrote your subject line? All my bags are packed and ready to go... Hee hee! Hugs. Jersey
