Hey I haven't been online much this weekend but I see the board has not moved much. Hopefully that means that everyone is out enjoying their weekend. Mine was nice. Just wi**** could last one more day! My menu: B~ 1 scrambled egg w/ ham and cheese L~ 1 wedge of chicken quesadilla and 1/4 c. black beans with salsa D~ 2 oz pork tenderloin and salad w/ cheese, cucumbers and lite italian S~ Protein hot chocolate Vitamins: done Exercise: none Water: 30 oz so far Have a nice evening, Kay

Hey Kay, Not much going on here.. Trying to stay warm! B-medium banana S- nothing L- ham and cheese omelette from Denny's and toast vitamins done water...none 30 oz hot tea exercise..none anna

Hey Kay I LOVE your new pic! Looking good b- protein 8 oz hot chocolate (need the liquid) l- cheese and hamburger meat (caused a great deal of pain so probably not a good choice for me!) 10 oz of iced water so far Dinner - I'm going to try 1 oz of cold grilled salmon (I've been nibbling on it since yesterday and it is good just cold) Trying to make choices that have protein!! B: 2 tablespoon bites of cheesy potato from last night dinner which i didn't eat any last night but they were calling my name this morning I added to it 4 turkey pepperoni cooked in microwave S: 2 stawberries L: 1 inch by 2 inch square of tomato base pizza bread 1 stawberry 78.7 oz of water so far probaby for dinner thin slice of homemade meatloaf slice of cheese protein bar for late night snack lately I have been so cold I can't sleep my nutritionist states I need to add more carbs to fuel the body....... Exercise: Cleaning house and baking. Since I went to the farmers market yesterday I bought some rhubarb, stawberries I'm making a rhubarb stawberry pie from stratch......I might even make some oatmeal cookies later......Today I am just filled with alot of energy....I don't know why after not sleeping much since thursay night when my son had oral surgery and had 3 of wisdom teeth pulled at the hospital. Every 4 hours I have beeen waking him up making sure he is taking his medicine.... vitamins ok water-crystal light Which I could share all these pies with someone.......The nurses at work will be eating good this week.....he he...... sorry I just had to add that....I really notice all the food that I use to eat especially around the holidays..I don't misss it that much but it really seems like alot when you see others eat it all up.........Starting to pull out all my holidays receipes and decide what I will be cooking this year.

Kay, Your new picture is gorgeous!! You look so pretty!! I like your hair pulled back like that, it really shows off you pretty smile. I've been tearing my house apart and cleaning all the nooks & crannies. We're refinancing so the appraiser is coming some time this week. I want it to look really good so it can get appraised high. We're going to put in a new bathroom & kitchen..hopefully. Anyway, here's what I've eaten today: B: powercrunch bar L: bowl of Special K extra protein cereal with organic skim milk & 1/2 banana S: the other 1/2 banana D: a few bites of baked chicken breast, but it got stuck & is still bothering me 2 hours after eating. also had some cauliflower in cheese sauce, boy it tasted great tonight. I'm drowing in water & all of my vitamins are done. I'm starting back to the gym on Monday

Hi all. I've been in New York over the weekend visiting a friend from college. We had a great time, and she hasn't seen me since college....she started crying! Here's what I had: B- leftover grilled chicken, rice, and cucumber salad from last night's dinner L- 1 pack peanut butter crackers...i was on the train! D- 1 oz. chicken, 1 oz. roast beef, some mashed potatoes, fried cabbage and 2 bites ice cream for dessert S- protein hot chocolate Not enough fluids and no vitamins April
