Whatcha Eating on Friday?
Happy Friday Ladies I sure am happy the weekend is here. So, who has some exciting weekend plans? My birthday is Monday so we are starting to celebrate tonight! My best friend came down this morning to spend the weekend with me.
We are on the way to eat mexican then midnight bowling tonight.
I had school this morning then did a little shopping.
My menu..
B~ Protein shake
L~ 1/2 c. chili sprinkled with cheese
S~ 3 SF cookies
D~ I always order the same thing.. Low carb (no shell) grilled chicken taco salad.. it's so yummy and full of seasoned chicken, lettuce, cheese, black beans, onions and salsa.
Vitamins: on track
Water: 40 oz so far
Exercise: 1.5 mile walk after school.

I had a pretty good day, until I got to work. I'm just now at the point where I can tolerate eggs again, and I may have gone a little overboard.
B ~ 2 soft-boiled eggs
S ~ Oh Yeah! Protein Bar
L ~ 2 soft-boiled eggs
S ~ 1 soft-boiled egg
D ~ Wendy's Chicken Nugget's with Honey Mustard
AND
1/4 cup of Chocolate ice cream.
Oh well, tomorrow's another day!
