Hello ladies How's everyone doing today? I'm good. The weather is beautiful here. I even got my lazy butt up and took a walk. I spent my day working, cleaned my house for the weekend and doing homework. Nothing exciting! I hope everyone had a nice day. My menu.. B~ Vanilla Power crunch bar S~ Protein shake L~ Ham & Cheese roll up w/ a dab of mustard S~ small handful of pistachios D~ 1/2 c. chili sprinkled with cheese * I didn't count calories today and know I need protein so I might have a protein drink later on. If I do, I'll update then. Vitamins: on track Water: 38 oz so far Exercise: 1.5 mile walk Have a good evening, Kay

Hi Kay, It's another beautiful day here too. B-2 eggs over med. wheat toast 2 slices S-almonds L-was the late breakfast S-medium apple D-don't know yet Water 0..hot tea 20 oz vitamins.. done exercise... water arobics at the Y

IT was incredibly gorgeous here today too. I was out most of the day with my kids. They are off today and tomorrow for NJEA Conferences. B~ Irish Omlette L~ Deli Turkey and Cantaloupe D~ Potato-crusted Cod Fish, Peas and Noodles No snacks so far Fluids~42 oz so far Approx 900 cals. Protein~ 83 Gms This was the best food day I've had in 2-3 weeks. I've been eating horribly lately but my weight is stable at 175#s. RobinNJ

Hi all. I worked overnight then went to the gym and had a pretty good workout. I was beat after that, so I slept for the rest of the day! Here's what i had: 12 a.m.: 2 oz. beef and gravy over whole grain rotini noodles, some cucumbers and drsg 4:45 a.m.- Luna Bar then about 6 a.m. had some protein hot chocolate 10 a.m.- protein shake 6 p.m.- 1 crab/shrimp cake, some broccoli w/cheese For snack, I packed some turkey summer sausage w/ some RF crackers Exercise: 90 mins. at gym working w/ trainer Vitamins: just need my calcium Fluids: probably about 72 oz. April

We just got home from our LAST (yeah) JV football game. We got beat 47 to 0. It was pathetic. A friend called me and asked "was the score really 47 to 0?" and I said yes, did you think it was a basketball score? My son didn't find it amusing when I picked him up at the school fieldhouse. Tomorrow afternoon we're leaving school early to go to Katy, TX to pick up my niece and nephew and take them to our Varsity game about 30 minutes from there and then we're spending the night in Katy. On the menu: B: 4 LF/LC sausage balls S: 2 Tbsp. trail mix L: 1 Parmesan-ranch chicken strip S: 1/2 AchievOne Mocha Java (I accidentally let it freeze and it was gross!) and popcorn D: 1/2 hamburger patty w/ 1 piece bacon, few bites of bun and tomato (never goes down well) S: Protein hot chocolate vitamins: done water: 80 oz. so far exercise: 20 minutes on bike this morning and 40 minutes arm workout at PT Karla 337/196/150

Those Sausage Balls sound yummy... do you make them or buy them?????? Spill chick! Sorry about the game, I hated it when my sis's team lost badly... she would be in a HORRID mood the rest of the night

Hi Kay!!! I had a much better day today... (except for this afternoon when I got in a tiff with my mom and scarfed down cookies) But... oh well, at least I didn't continue with candy or anything else like that right???? B- Protein Hot Chocolate at 3 am S- Jumbo Patty and slice of cheese from Jack L- 2 eggs, cheese 1/2 slice toast *the cookies were in between here lol!) S- Shake: vanilla powder, orange drink mix, peach and strawberry pieces added yum! D- 2 egg omelet with bacon bits and cheese and 2 oz avocado Totals: 1127/56/50/102 (had I not added the cookies, the carbs were only 30! and so less in the cals and fat! ) Vitamins: Check Water: 135 Ounces Exercise: Work this am, walked around mall this evening
