Hey Kay. I had to go out of town to a meeting all day. Long day of listening to a lady yap all day mostly about stuff I already know. Oh well.
On the menu:
B: 4 Low fat/low carb sausage cheese balls
S: AchievOne Cappucino
L: 2 tortilla chips w/ salsa, 1 tortilla w/ beef fajitas and onion and 2 bites guacamole and 1/4 c beans
S: SF frosted pecans and 6 SF toffee chips
D: Parmesan-ranch chicken and 1/4 c butter noodles
S: 50 calories of popcorn and 1/4 c protein pudding
vitamins: done
water: 96 oz. so far
exercise: 100 sit ups, arm weight workout, and 15 minutes on bike
