What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
What's up Ladies How's everyones day going? Mine is good. It's not too cold so that makes it even better. I forgot to set my alarm clock last night so I didn't wake up in time for class. I went to walmart instead Other than that, I've been home relaxing and working.
My menu
B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters w/ cheese & 1 strip of turkey bacon
S~ 6 Doritos.. they have a new flavor. I HAD to taste them. lol
L~ 3 oz can chicken breast heated, sprinkled with garlic and topped with cheese and salsa.
S~ SF popsicle
D~ Turkey burger (no bun) w/ cheese, onions, lettuce and ff mayo
S~ Protein shake

Exercise: walked around walmart for an hour.. does that count?

Hello... today I was annoyed with everyone, all day long. But, I did not eat my way through it.
I had...
B: 2 pita chips w/ 1 light laughing cow cheese wedge
S: Pure Protein Bar
L: 1/2 C. LF Cottage Cheese, 1/2 C. low carb pears
D: 1/2 C. Turkey Chili (no beans) w/ a sprinkle of RF Cheese
S: Handful off m&m's and yogurt raisens

My protein is low for the day, but so are my calories... I may have some sort of protein rich snack before bed... maybe a half a protein shake? Not certain yet.
Hi all. It rained all day, so I stayed in my pj's all day! Never even made it to the gym. Here's what I had:
B- 1 Kashi waffle w/margarine and SF syrup
S- protein coffee
L-pizza on a WW mini pita, some salad
S-some baked tositos, some mini pretzel sticks
D- 1 oz. salmon, 9 popcorn chicken, some green beans and a little rice
S- I think I'll have a protein shake to up my protein a lil

I've had a straing eating day today...I was craving meat like crazy, so here's what I ate:
B: powercrunch bar
L: the meat from an Arby's roast beef & cheddar
D: meat from Arby's roast beef & cheddar,,,,and the meat from their ham & swiss--I scraped the cheese off because I hate swiss cheese. I ate almost all of the meat from both of these. There wasn't alot of ham, but there was plenty of roast beef.
I shared some with my 3 cats & they loved it too. That's got to be the most meat that I've ever eaten at one sitting since surgery. I guess I needed it.
