Eatin' Good
I am working on getting back on track. I think we (I) need to get back on track but not be so strict that I can't be successful! I am vowing to watch my protien intake and carb intake better! Here is my plan for today.
B-egg beaters/cheese/2 small turkey sausage links
L-10 shrimp
S-1 oz. lowfat cheese cubes
D-Homemade(so I can control the fat) Beef Stroganoff (lite on the noodles)
Water: Goal-100 oz.
Vitamins: Goal-Remember to take them!
Exercise: Goal-Get at it!
