What's on YOUR menu for Monday?
Hi Kay!!! I just couldn't feel full today, but I did ok I think... even with the high number of carbs.
Breakfast: Portein Hot Chocolate (added powder this time)
Snack: Slice of toas****eeny bit of cream cheese and jam
Lunch: Tuna
Snack: Shake on the way to work
Dinner: 2 eggrolls- I soooo am not doing it again! They hurt me soooooo much and I dind't feel the wrath until 10 minutes after I chowed down and later I felt shaky and had a biscuit to calm everything down
Snack: Power Crunch Bar on the way home
I also had some candy this am...
Totals Minus Candy: 1079/43/87/90 OUCH! on those carbs, wowzers!
Vitamins: Check!
Water: 16 oz decaf berry tea, 60 oz Kool Aide, 90 oz water = 166!
Exercise: Worked at Jack tonight
I don't think its dumping... its the lack of balance in my sugars. I know that if I eat something, I usually feel ALOT better within minutes.
The only things I've dumped on are the milk shakes and too many cookies I get a sweaty rush feeling and I can feel my blood rushing in my veins... its not cool.
The shaking I'm talking about is my hands are literally shaking and can't concentrate. I even feel a bit dizzy. I couldn't eat any real protein last night when it happened, but I tried the biscuit and it seemed to help! I usually do a tablespoon of peanut butter or something...
What you just described sounds very much like dumping or a close call! I've only had a close call with sugars once....it was very much like how you described. When I've had too much fat, my stomach feels like there's a rock sitting there...it hurts! But I was asking because I guess it makes sense that you eat something if you dump...it's a blood sugar thing. I'll have to keep that in mind. Thanks.
