Good Evening, Ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm cold but good.
I went to school this morning for a couple of hours then came home and finished doing my laundry from yesterday. Other than that, I've been home working and playing on the computer.
My menu~
B~ Protein shake
L~Ham, cheese and mustard rolled up in a big lettuce leaf & a pickle spear
S~ Protein Hot chocolate
D~ Steamed crab legs, broiled shrimp w/ a little lite butter and half a small red potato
My totals:
Cal: 640
Fat: 23
Carbs: 19
Protein: 88
Vitamins: on track
Water: 48 oz so far
Exercise: none

Glad you had a nice day, Kay. It's been raining most of the day here and is humid and feels muggy, not cool. I'll take more cool.
On the menu:
B: 4 low fat/low carb sausage cheese balls
S: handful of trail mix
L: carne guisada (1 c)
S: 100 calorie popcorn and 1/2 c protein pudding (had the munchies)
D: 2 tamales w/ chili and LF cheese
S: maybe I won't want one, if I do 1 c CC Choc. milk w/ protein powder
vitamins: done
water: 80 oz. so far, more to go
exercise: 100 sit ups, 15 minutes on bike, and rigorous arm work out at PT w/ heavy weighted ball

Kay! I love the new pic!!! Girl, you're looking great...keep up the good work! Here's what I had today:
12 a.m.- 3 baked chicken wings, 2 tbsp rice, 2 tbsp broccoli
4 a.m.- Light n Fit yogurt
6:30 a.m.- protein hot chocolate 23 g
10 a.m.- Low Carb Isopure shake...rather , but I drank it 33g
6 p.m.- 3 oz. salmon, some rice, some green beans
Some kind of snack....maybe a NSA blue bunny bar....i deserve it!
Exercise: 45 mins at gym
Vitamins: need calcium and B12
Fluids: i think I have 56 oz. so far....

Ok..I usually never post on this but I'm going to start today.. I will put what I eat but I have no clue about calories or protein intake.. I don't measure anything.
Breakfast.... I small banana
Snack....a hand full of almonds
Lunch....taco salad..I ate about half of it.. It's in a big taco type bowl.. I didn't eat any of that part... It had lettuce, refried beans and steak on it.... I ate a couple slices of the steak and half the lettuce and refried beans....brought the rest home.

I haven't been posting much lately, but I really need to get back into the swing of it. I overdid it this evening.
B: powercrunch bar
S: 1/2 banana
L: 1/4 cantaloupe with 1/2 c cottage cheese
D: started out ok--1/2 chicken breast made into my own homemade chicken parmesan...boy was it good..that would have been enough, but I was still hungry so I had a vanilla sf pudding. I thought I was still hungry so I ate a few pretzels with pnut butter sandwiches (from Sam's club--they come in a snack pack & are very good). Well, as soon as I took the last bite of the pretzel sandwich I knew I had eaten too much...now I'm sitting here in pure agony. Why???????? did I have to eat those pretzels?
I've stayed at 149 for about 6 weeks now, so I have to get my butt in gear & get back to the gym & start being better about my eating
It's been a cold, rainy adn gray Chicago November day and I've been bumming around the house in sweats and fuzzy slippers all day long (lovely I know) Anyway here's what I had today:
Breakfast: 1 medium banana sliced into 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese
Lunch: Shrimpcake 2oz (kind of like a crabcake but made with shrim instead).
Snack: Propudding made with CC Chocolate Milk
Dinner: Broiled Chicken Breast 3oz
Snack: 1 serving sugar free licorice - that's 6 of them suckers and I ate them all OKOK I did share with my dog....she taste tests everything I eat

1/2 cup oatmeal
s: small pack pretzels
l: 1/2 cup salad bar salad
s: popcorn
s: handful of pistacheos (craving salt)
d: 1/2 chicken thigh and few bites brown rice
s: 1/2 cup popcorn (at least its 94%fat free, now if I could get carb free)
Better on water back to drinking my decaf mint green tea
