Hi Karla Haven't posted here in awhile, been to involved in other stuff. So here are my latest stats: Surgery weight: 327 Current Weight: 206 Don't know what I was last time I posted here but total lost is 121 and I have 16'lbs to doctor's goal. That may change once I get there though

I'm a little late posting, but here are my results for yesterday. Highest weight: 229 Surgery weight: 209 Last week: 140 This morning: 137 3 pounds lost! That was a good week for me 7 more to go to doc's goal! Nicole Great job every one...you are all looking so good, when you post new avatars, I have to check the name to see who ya are!
