Good Evening Ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I've been hanging out with my friends all day. We played pool, walked the mall and just hung ou****ching tv. I hope everyone had a great day!
I had a bad eating day but here it is....
B~ 1/4 C. eggbeaters, 1 turkey bacon and 1 wheat toast
L~ None
D~ 2 Hot wings, 4 tortila chips dipped in salsa, 1 potato skin and 2 waffle fries
S~ 1 small sugar free chocolate covered pretzel
Oh well, tomorrow's a new day.
Vitamins: on track
Water: 32 oz so far
Exercise: walked the huge outlet mall

Well since getting my fill, I get filled really quick with barely nothing...so today:
B~ 3 Veggie Bites..barely got them through {I love Veggie Bites, bought them and have been hooked, they come with broccoli, spinach and artichoke: made by MorningStar...Yummy!}
L~ 1.5 strip of chicken...my cat had the rest
S~ 1/2 cup of grapes with a dab or three of Cool Whip Lite {This stuff is my savior from sweets!!}
D~ I had maybe 1/4 of a chicken breast...maybe not even that of Mesquite Chicken {Now when it comes to Mesquite Chicken there are days I wish I could rip the band off and just eat like a pig...good thing I can't ;) }
Vitamins: Geesh, I am horrible...haven't had any in awhile...no wonder my hair is falling out..duh!
Water: Well, the toilet and I have become great friends...about 80oz's, plus one 8oz of green tea.
Exercise: Took a break from the gym this time and worked out on the stationary bike for 45mins and 425 cals burned.

Hi all...another day of 12 hour midnight work for me. But today is my last day for a couple of days. Here's what I had:
12 a.m.- ham n cheese on wheat tortilla, 3 cucumbers w/ balsamic vinagrette
4 a.m.- attempted to eat 1/2 c. cottage but it just didn't tast good so ate about 1/4 c.
7 a.m.- protein hot chocolate
5:30 p.m.- 3 baked chicken wings, some rice, some broccoli
9 p.m.- protein coffee, about 4 medium pretzels 15 mins. later

L- 2 oz taco meat, 2 oz refried beans 1/2 cheese and like 3 chips
D- 3 oz tuna (cheese, mayo, pickles), slice toast
I did have some left over Halloween candy tonight...

Water: 130 ounces today!
Exercise: 8 full hours at Jack, worked in the rabbitry, walked around the 99 cents store
A day late once again, but here goes:
B: Big Train Low Carb pancake w/ spam, SF syrup, and lite butter
S: Handful of Trail Mix
L: 1 c Taco Soup and 3/4 piece of Mexican cornbread w/ lite butter
S: Protein hot chocolate
D: 2 oz. steak, 1 oz. shrimp, 1/2 c spinach
S: 1/2 c baked sweet potato w/ lite butter and SF syrup
vitamins: done
water: 100 oz.
exercise: 100 sit ups and 20 minutes on bike.
