Sending My Love

Sending My Love Good Morning, my family! I have felt your prayers and needed them and your phone calls so very much! I appreciate them all. My DH brought me my laptop today at the hospital but it is going home with him so I won't be posting anymore until I get home. I feel a little better but they tried 7 times last night to get a line in and 2 times this morning! They cannot get any sort of IV line in. I have a bad headache and am dehydrated. My doctor is not on call this weekend - some stranger is - and not a very bright one at that! I told him this morning I was dehydrated and how the nurses tried to get a line in - he says well, your doctor will be back tommorrow have a good day and out the door he went!! Some doctor! My G.I. doc, cardiologist and an infectious disease specialist will be by today sometime to see me. The infectious disease specialist got me started on IM injections of antibotics or I wouldn't be well enough to type this! So Praise The Lord for sending Dr. Nolan to assist me!!! Thank you so much to Dea for finding me the strength to make it through Friday. It was by far the worst day of my life!!! I've never felt so much pain or agony in my life and it put me in total despair. I appreciate you being there for me Dea, to pray with me!! I love you!! Sandi - Thank you for my Angel she is beside my bed and I know everyone is praying for me. Jersey Mom- I got your call but I was too weak at the time to pick the phone up. I was vomiting and it was so bad for me. I felt better later and tried to call you. I left you a message. How sweet and thoughtful of you to call me. Your message lifted my spirits so much!!! Keep praying an IV line is started! I will be getting a referral to UAB as soon as I am well enough from this blood infection. I missed my son's 14th birthday yesterday, Gerry had a party and I told my DH to stay at home and not to cancel any of the plans. But they came first thing this morning. I was so sad I've never missed one of children's birthdays. And this was totally out of my control. I give God all the praise and the glory for giving me life and easing my suffering! PRAISE HIM!!! Julie, My continued prayers to you hon. Do you belong to a chuch with elders? Have you had anyone pray over you and anoint with blessed oil? It sure could not hurt! James 5:13-15 The Prayer of Faith 13Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise. 14Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up.
