Hiya Ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm good. I spent my day doing a little christmas shopping. I hope everyone had a great day.
My menu~
B~ 1/4 C. eggbeaters, 1/4 c. cornbeef hash and few bites of grits
L~ Protein shake
S~Beef Jerky
D~ 1/2 c. chicken enchillada soup and 1/2 a turkey club wheat wrap
Vitamins.. on track
Water: low but I'm working on it.
Exercise: shopping

Hi Miss Kay. I really need to get on my christmas shopping too. I've been sleep all day due to my 16 hr. overnight shift. So glad it's over! Here's what I had:
12 a.m.- salad w/ 10 turkey pepperoni, 1 oz. FF mozzarella cheese, some croutons and FF italian drsg
5 a.m.- 1 oz. RF cheese, 1 oz. turkey summer sausage and 5 wheat crackers
When i got up to use the bathroom I ate about 10 mini pretzel sticks...hunger was eating at me!
5:30 p.m.- 3 oz. taco meat w/ RF cheese, FF sour cream, taco sauce all mixed together.....yum! I also had about 10 baked Tostito Scoops and 3 cucumber slices w/ drsg
8:30 p.m.- mint chocolate chip protein shake
I think I'm gonna become a mouse! I eat so much cheese!

Today was a day of lounging a truck with my mom and dad as we drove 4 hours each way to deliver 15 bunnies to a lady coming down to me from Oregon. It was the last of my favorite variety- gold and I'm soooo going to miss my cream of the crop bunnies So... we kinda munched along, but I did try to do ok...
Breakfast: Slim Fast Shake at 3:30 am
Early Am Snack while loading bunnies- some chips
Snack on road: peanuts
Lunch: Stopped at Red Robin and I had a cheeseburger- no bun, but did taste the fries... deeeeeli****he burger was to die for!
Snack: More peanuts, power crunch bar
Dinner: the smallest serving at Cold Stone- Bananas, strawberries, sinless icecream (no nutrition data on this)
Snack: I got home and my hands started shaking! I guess the icecream has alot of sugar, so I had some peanutbutter and an apple
Totals: Without the Icecream: 1294/78/84/74 OUCH!
Vitamins: Check
Water: 80.9
Exercise: Practically none!
Tomorrow I'm soooo running around at work he he... I'm there at 5 am!
A day late again, but here goes:

S: protein coffee latte
l: low carb/fat chicken enchilada

d: taco soup and piece of mexican cornbread
s: protein pistachio pudding

water: 100 oz.
exercise: 2 mile walk in park and moved/cleaned furniture in 2 rooms
