Hiya Ladies How is everyone doing this cold evening? I'm good. This week flew by. I cant believe it's Friday already! I had school this morning then spent the rest of my day at home. We usually go out on Friday nights but I'm not in the mood. I've been playing on the computer all day. I even signed up for Myspace. Everyone talks about it so I thought I'd figure out what all the talk is about! Anyway, My menu... B~ Protein shake S~ Protein hot chocolate L~ Salad w/ chicken breast, cheese, cucumbers, crutons, bacon bits and lite ranch S~ SF popsicle and few grapes D~ 1 C. low carb chicken enchillada soup S~ Protein hot chocolate My totals: Cal: 762 Fat: 27 Carbs: 32 Protein: 97 Vitamins: on track Water: 44 oz so far Exercise: let see.. I took the trash out, walked to the mailbox and washed dishes Have a fabulous weekend Kay

Hi all. I've been so today! I'm at work right now working 3 p.m.-7 a.m....16 friggin hours! The bad part is that I didn't get any sleep because my maintenance man wants to fix the friggin toilet during my sleep hours! Arrgghh. I hope I can make it! Here's what I had: B- ham n cheese eggs w/ slice of light toast, margarine L- bologna and cheese on 1 slice lite toast, LF mayo, 3 cucumber slices w/ LF drsg S- Power Crunch bar...it was a lil salty D- Lean cuisine meal....grilled chicken w/ broccoli n cheese Exercise: how many calories do you burn when you're ? Vitamins: done Fluids: I know not enough unfortunately April

I HAD B: 1/2 cup oatmeal S: WHITE CHEDDAR POPCORN 1/2 CUP L: 1/2 CHICKEN BREAST S: 1/2 CUP WHITE CHEDDAR POPCORN & HANDFUL OF NUTS S: LEFTOVER BEANS & PORK ABOUT 1/2 CUP D: 1/2 CUP CHICKEN & NOODLE DISH I ATE TO MUCH TODAY .......... OK ON WATER & VITS DON'T THINK I NEED ANY EXTRA PROTEIN TORI

Hi there, I am slowly getting back on track. Here is what I had today: B: Protein Cappuccino L: Fage 0% FF Yogurt S: Carb Cleaver Pears D: Chicken breast w/ basil cream sauce (lean cuisine, only ate the meat) S: 1 oz ruffles my bad choice/treat for the day TOTALS: Cals 646 Fat 20 Carbs 46 Protein 73 And let me say, compared to what I have been doing, those totals are fantastic :D

B- 1 egg, some cheese and 1/2 slice diet toast S- Cal Countdown Chocolate Milk S- Hot Chocolate with Protein Mixed in L- Tuna and 1 slice diet toast S- 1 apple and peanut butter D- Tuna S- Power Crunch Bar Totals: 1046/46/73/94 Water: 128 ounces when I finish this cup Vitamins: Check! Exercise: Worked at Jack... did the grill, lots of arm working and bending!
