What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?
Hiya Ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm ok. For some reason I haven't been in the best of mood lately. I just feel blah. Anyway, I spent my day doing absolutely nothing.
My menu..
B~ 1/4 c. eggbeaters scrambled w/ ham and cheese
L~ 1/4 c. tuna salad on 1 slice of wheat toast
D~ Protein shake .. not hungry
S~ Protein hot chocolate
Vitamins: on track
Water: 30 oz so far
Exercise: none

Hi Kay!!! Being up at 2 am sure threw my body off kilter, so I had a bit more cals than expected... but ohhhh well. I made up for it with my water intake
B- 8oz Calorie Countdown Chocolate Milk
S- Protein Shake on the way to work
S- 12 oz Cal. Countdown CM on my break at work
L- Power Crunch Bar
S- 1/2 c beans, some cheese and some tortilla chips
D- Protein Shake
S- Probably some hot chocolate
Totals: 1115/48/67/109
Vitamins: Need to do still
Water: So Far... 193.8 oz! I'm FLOATING!
Exercise: Work this Am, and going to friend's house after choir practice tonight
Today went buy really quickly. I'm going to a school play. My son is at his out of town football game. It was too far for me to go by myself in the dark. He'll meet me at the play when his bus gets in.

S: Protein Hot Chocolate

B: Protein Shake
L: Fage FF Yogurt
S: 4 oz of trailmix
S: 2 mini candy bars
S: 3 choco chip cookies
D: Chips and salsa
Those zaps are at myself, not the food... I chose to eat it
But then I watched Oprah tonight (tivo'ed it) and came to realize a few things... Dr. Oz talked about diet/lifestyle... and it will be ok. I will get back on track. Also, I think I maybe sleep deprived and thus craving the evil carbs.
Hey all. It's a day late, but here it goes:
B- 1 cup Kashi cereal, 8 oz. 2% CC milk
S- protein hot chocolate, small pack of M&M's about an hour later
L- some chicken salad w/ 1/2 bag of pita chips
S- rest of pita chips
D- 1 chicken fajita quesadilla, some pizza fries...couldn't resist! I was at happy hour
