What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Hello Ladies How is everyone doing today? I'm good. The weather was so nice today. I wi**** would stay just like this. Nothing too exciting going on in my neck of the woods. We had a potluck in class today then I went and walked around Big Lots and picked up a few stocking stuffers. Other than that, I've been at home chilling.
I had a horrible eating day today. At the potluck, I tasted everything except sweets!
My menu
B~ Nothing
L~ Here it goes.. 1 1/2 slices of spiral ham, 1/2 egg roll, 3 cheese cubes & a couple bites each of the following.. shrimp stir fry, broccoli casserole, chicken casserole and beef stew.
S~ Few grapes, 2 apple wedges and 2 baby carrots
D~ Nothing.. I'm still STUFFED
Oh well, Tomorrow's a new day!
Vitamins: on track
Water: 35 oz so far
Exercise: one mile walk after school.

Kay, that sounds like a good meal. Hey...you had your protein in it, right? I had to take a class today for medical professionals, and it was hard. But I passed! The only thing is that the class was a day class....I work nights! I was struggling... Here's what I had today:
B- Atkins shake
S- 1 donut hole, cheese snack, 5 wheat crackers....then had a 100 cal granola bar an hour later...I had to stay up!
L- Italian beef sandwich from Arby's. Ate half the meat and 1/4 of the bread and a side salad
S- pure protein bar, about 10 cashew pcs.
D- rest of meat from sandwich, leftover steak from yesterday, half of baked potato from yesterday
S- might have a NSA blue bunny bar...i dunno...i'm tired!
Exercise- none
Vitamins- need my calcium
Fluids- 72 oz. so far

At least you got to try some food at the potluck I have been guzzling the water and trying to be super good on my liquid diet today. I did break and had a small home made cookie... and it made me woozie! They never did that before, guess it was yelling at me

Went to my surgeon's support group in Houston yesterday. I didn't get home until 10:00. It was a long day.

S: SF cookies and spam (hungry when I got home - just grabbed and ate)
