Whatcha Eating on Halloween

Happy Halloween Ladies!! How is everyone today? Today has been a good day for me. I went to the library, the grocery store then came home worked for 3 hours and did a little homework. The little ones have already started coming around for so I'll be handing out candy for the next couple hours. My first little girl was 4 and she was Racheal Ray for Halloween. How cute is that??? She had a pot and a wooden spoon. I am a huge Racheal Ray fan!! She got extra candy. Ok, enough of my yappin.. My menu... B~ 1/2 C. Eggbeaters and 1 slice of wheat toast S~ Protein Hot chocolate L~ 1 C. Broccoli & Cheddar soup.. full of fat and carbs but was so good! S~ Few grapes D~ Baked chicken leg (no skin) and 1/4 C. steamed cabbage S~ 1/2 Protein shake My totals: Cal~ 642 Fat~ 21 Carbs~ 33 Protein~ 78 Vitamins.. on track Exercise.. walked to the mailbox Water: 52 oz so far Have a great evening Kay

Love the mailbox exercise! I've sucked at eating today... I've had some candy, a couple slices of pizza throughout the day and a light drink from jamba juice. Eh, what's one day lol! I know I know, bad attitude... but I need a break man.... today's my break. I already bought shakes for tomorrow. Going on a liquid diet for the day tomorrow. Will have some chicken for dinner, but gonna jumpstart from today Thanks for being awesome, Kay!

Hi all. It's been so busy today I can't even see straight! No Halloween candy for me today! I was hoping to do some damage. Here's what I had ladies: B-1 egg w/ham n cheese, 1/2 piece english muffin S- mint chocolate protein shake 44g protein L- taco salad w/ 2 oz. taco meat, FF sour cream, RF cheese, lettuce, taco sauce....yum! D- went out to Texas Roadhouse...about 2 oz. steak, 1/2 baked potato, green beans, half of roll S- cheese snack, 4 wheat crackers, 4 cashew pieces Exercise: 1 hr. w/ trainer Vitamins: done Fluids: ....the minimum allowed...lol April

Day late again, but here goes: B: 3/4 of a pig in a blanket - didn't go down too well, which is probably good! S: handful of trail mix S: protein coffee L: 3/4 c Chicken spectacular S: popcorn at ballgame D: stew S: protein pudding vitamins: done water: 88 oz. exercise: 20 minutes on bike and 100 sit ups Karla 337/198/150
