Have you switched profiles?

For the first time today, I started looking at the new profile format. I don't know if I like it or not. I guess I'm use to my old profile. It says that eventually they will do away with the old profile so I thought I'd better do something before I loose all my journal enteries. Who has permantly switched over to the new profile?? When you did, does all the old journal enteries get transfered to the new one?? I have been updating that journal for over a year and don't want to loose it. It looks like it's pretty easy to switch over.. just click the button. I just wanna make sure I get all my info before I click the botton Kay

I am scared to death to switch. I don't like the new format at all. I like the way my profile is and I've worked super hard on it Ok, done whining. I'm scared he hehehehe... just wanted to let you know lol!

I'm scared too. I think I might to send myself a backup copy then go ahead and switch.. I repeat.. " I MIGHT"

Hi Kay! I have switched over. I am still working on changing the looks. I copied all my entries in word and pasted them in the new profile. I still want to soup it up a bit but with a 2 year old, a husband, a full time job I barely have time to get my exercise and in some sleep. It is really hard. I think in time I will get used to it but now I don't really like it too much. I do hear they are going to do away with our old profiles so it is a good idea to try to make do with the new ones and customize it to your liking. I personally like my old profile! Good luck!

Did you have to do something to make it pink or does it turn pink from your old one being pink? I like my mickey mouse profile and was looking around to see if it's gonna be hard to turn the new one into a beautiful mickey profile.

I moved mine over. Not sure I like it either. The part that bothers me the most is I wasn't able to copy and paste in the pictuers that were on the old profile. And I havent figured out how to "make pretty" yet. The one thing I do like is the blog feature. So your latest entry is at the top and you don't have to scroll through the whole profile to see what's new. It's just another change. We'll get used to it I guess.

I like the blog part as well. I know making it pretty is gonna be hard for me. Someone did my old Mickey Mouse journal. I cant even figure out how to make my pic smaller. One day I'll catch on. Kay

Ok.. I guess I'm a ditz... I filled out my new profile..but when I click on the profile button in posts.. it still shows my old profile...How do I get it to show the new one????? thanks for any help! Anna
