Ok, now I am crying. I added up my totals... this is sad. I can not believe I did this. So stupid of me to make such bad choices. I just wish I could stop. I just wish I could control myself.

Day late, but here goes:
B: 1/2 piece turkey sausage and 1/4 c cheese grits
S: handful of trail mix
L: 4 bites baked chicken w/ dirty rice
S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte
D: Taco Bell Mexican Pizza (not the best choice calorie wise, but was good)
S: Protein pudding
vitamins: done
water: 84 oz.
exercise 100 sit ups and 10 minutes on bike

S-1 string cheese
L-Chicken Mole 2 oz with peruvian beans 1/2 tostada
S-Pria Bar
D-1/2 lean pocket chicken parmesan.
S-1 string cheese
Nectar protein late night
Don't know exact totals but I do know:
Water 96 oz
Protein 120
Vitamins Done
Exercise walk 1.5 miles.
