Ok, now I am crying. I added up my totals... this is sad. I can not believe I did this. So stupid of me to make such bad choices. I just wish I could stop. I just wish I could control myself. CALS~ 1504 Fat~ 74 Carbs~ 168 Protein~ 57 Wow, to see it in black and white is sad. I know now not to do this again.

Please don't cry, Mary!!! Maybe it takes you seeing the totals to not do it again. I know sometimes temptation is hard to beat and we let "junk" win. With me it's crackers. Stay strong! I have faith in you that tomorrow will be a much better day! Kay

Mary.....now how many days have you done this, if any??? Just chalk it up as a day that you took a little break. You're doing great, girl. Give yourself a pat on the back and remember....tomorrow's a new day for you to get back on track. April

I had: B: 1/2 cup oatmeal s: 1 cup white cheddar popcorn l:1/2 chicken breast s: 1/4 cup hot peanuts d: 1 dijon chicken strip & 1/4 cup mashed potatoes Ok on water and vits had a profect today reminded me how much I hate them, give me isopure anyday over that other yuck.... HAVE A GREAT EVE... TORI

Day late, but here goes: B: 1/2 piece turkey sausage and 1/4 c cheese grits S: handful of trail mix L: 4 bites baked chicken w/ dirty rice S: Protein Iced Mocha Latte D: Taco Bell Mexican Pizza (not the best choice calorie wise, but was good) S: Protein pudding vitamins: done water: 84 oz. exercise 100 sit ups and 10 minutes on bike Karla 337/198/150

Here is what I had: B-3 egg whites, 2 small slices of raisin bread S-1 string cheese L-Chicken Mole 2 oz with peruvian beans 1/2 tostada S-Pria Bar D-1/2 lean pocket chicken parmesan. S-1 string cheese Nectar protein late night Don't know exact totals but I do know: Water 96 oz Protein 120 Vitamins Done Exercise walk 1.5 miles. Have a good one! ~Norma~
