What's on YOUR menu for Monday?
Heyy! I hope everyone had a great day today. Mine has been good.
Were on the way to "Camground Massacure".. A scary hay ride and a 1 mile walk through a haunted campground. I have always wanted to go but knew I coulndn't walk the mile or wait in the long lines but this year I can go!!
My menu..
B~ Protein shake
L~ Turkey, lettuce & cheese in a LC weat wrap and 1/4 C. of broccoli n cheddar soup.
S~ Protein Hot Chocolate
D~ I don't know.. we are gonna grab something on the way! I'll share later
Water: 30 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: walking tonight

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 slice diet toast, 1 oz shrimp
Lunch/Snack: Powercrunch Bar and a few hours later hot chocolate with protein
Snack: 1/2 c beans and cheese with some chips
Dinner: Mom's making chicken! YUM!
Snack: planning the hot chocolate again... soooo cold!
Totals: 977/39/67/90
Water: 108.5 oz so far (only 4:15)
Vitamins: Check!
Exercise: Shopping he he
I had a very unusual day. Trying to stay busy so I don't dwell on my biopsy tomorrow. So today I cooked (picture everyone I know looking shocked ), and went and got a pedicure just to pamper myself a bit. Anyway here is my menu:
Breakfast: 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese & a small banana
Lunch: Leftovers from yesterday - 2oz blacked halibut, 1/2C greenbeans, 1/4C coleslaw
Dinner: This is what I cookled - 3/4C Sauteed Chicken Livers and Fresh Mushrroms and 3/4C Kasha (buckweatgroats, great rice alternative cause it has protein)
Vitamins, iron, eye drops, fiber - all done
Fluids - 20oz water, 40oz Crytal Lite and still going
Excersise - I'm taking a day off
Hi all. I'm playing hooky from work tonight. I had wayyyy too much crap to do tomorrow morning and I got a friggin headache. But here's what I had:
B- 1 Big Train pancake w/margarine and SF syrup, 2 turkey sausages
S- iced protein coffee...dry heaved like crazy for some reason so stopped drinking it
L- 2 oz. baked chicken, some salad w/ croutons and lite balsamic vinagrette...love the drsg
S- was brave and finished drinking the iced coffee...i was fine!
D- 1 taco w/RF cheese, FF sour cream, 5 baked tosito scoops w/ leftover meat...yum!
S- probably have some turkey summer sausage
Exercise: not today!
Vitamins: need my calcium
Fluids: not enough and won't be enough b4 bed...will do better in the am

Hi! I need a post fix, my weight has not been moving so maybe this will help.
B: egg/lentil/cheese mixed up - ate half
S: whey protein shake with soy milk and SF suisse mocha
L; salad bar: cucs, scoop chunked chicken, red onion, bit of lettuce, pinch shredded cheese, T of vinigrette dressing, egg chunks. Ate half.
S: protein jerky thingy I found at Whole Foods, ate 3/4 of it.
D: remaining half of the bkfst mixture, 1/2 chicken thigh
And to be honest, two snicker bite size pieces of candy. They were good. Real good.
Very regular with vits and water (3 liters).

B: Nothing
L: 7 oz Fage 2% Yogurt
S: 1 small raw banana
D: Chicken Ceasar Salad
Wait for it, here it comes...
S: 1 serving of doritos
S: about 6 fun size candy bars ok, maybe 7. WHAT AM I DOING!
I don't even want to think about it. Its making me sice to think about it. I would have been better off having one full size candy bar. GAH.
