What's on YOUR Sunday's Menu??
Hello ladies
How's everyone doing today? I've had a pretty good day. I went to early service this morning then came home, cooked and did a little laundry. The rest of my day was spent on the couch watching tv.
My menu~
B~ 1/4 C. Eggbeaters with cheese and 2 strips of turkey bacon
L~ Protein shake
S~ Land O Lakes cheese snack and few grapes
D~ 2 oz Roast Beef and 1/4 C. steamed cabbage
S~ 1/4 C. SF chocolate ice cream
Vitamins: on track
Water: 40 oz so far
Exercise: laundry

Hey everybody. Hope everybody had a good weekend. The wind was blowing all over the place here....almost blew me away! Here's what I had today:
B- ham and cheese omelet w/ 1/2 pc. WW english muffin
S- protein shake 44g protein
L- 2 oz. chicken salad on slice of lite WW bread
D- 1 chicken leg, 1 oz. smoked neckbones (mom's from the south!), some pinto beans, 2 damn Vienna cookies
S- Probably have a NSA Blue Bunny bar
Exercise: sleep
Vitamins: need to take my calcium
Fluids: 62 oz. so far...make a D&D run (Dunkin Donuts) run for decaf iced coffee

I really missed being able to post, my computer hasn't been working back in my sitting room, I realized when I take it to the dining room it works better, not as comfortable but it works..
I had:
B: popcorn & 7 peanut butter pretzel bites
l: 2 baked buffalo chicken strips, piece of cheese
d: few bites leftover chicken, few bites of mashed potatoes 1 piece of brocoli
s: few bites of bagel & few more pretzel things
s: 1 baked apple
We went up North to look a leaves today and had a picnic so I didn't eat well
Ok on water and vits

Ug, here it is:
B: Protein Latte
L: Nothing
D: Slice of deli turkey, slice of cheese, peice of lettuce, mustard all rolled up... a few doritos.
S: a brownie (unfrosted)
S: doritos, about a serving size
S: 1 c. cc choco milk
I did not total it up tonight... I am really feeling sick actually. It was too much junk all night long. I was at a party and it was so social eating. I did not even want the doritos. Ug. When will I learn?
This is a day late, but here goes:
B: Omelet w/ turkey sausage and LF cream cheese
S: Protein iced mocha latte
L: Liver w/ onions, couple of bites of spinach, couple of bites of grilled squash
S: 2 c popcorn at movies
S: SF protein pudding (cheesecake flavor) w/ 1 Tbsp. SF blueberry preserves
D: Healthy request tomato soup w/ a few croutons
vitamins: done
water: 92 oz.
exercise: 100 sit ups and 20 minutes on bike
