I have finally got some money to do some grocery shopping, and I am going to start B2B on Monday. I know the basic rules, but I was wondering for those of you that have gotten through this what are some "must haves" that I can put on my grocery list to help me be successful? I really need help girls, I have tried this many times and failed to get through even one day. I know I am definitely in the right place to get it! Thanks for all your love and support! Karyn

Hi Karyn! I am notdoing the strict plateau buster, so you can allow some carbs and veggies. What I did was increase water and protein and decrease total cals and carb count. What I Live On: *Eggs *Tuna *Cucumber Chips- those sweet pickles for sandwiches (put those in my tuna) *cheese *milk *protein powder *sf hershey's syrup (for the shake) *chicken- they have those ready to heat chicken strip packs in the grocer * banana/avocado/apples *peanut butter My diet is pretty plain, but I have a limited income and am not too creative lol! I got shrimp Thursday and am going to play with it this weekend. Welcome to the Team!

Hi Karyn When I did the PB here is a sample of what I ate: Breakfast 1/2C lowfat cottage cheese Snack Protein Shake made with CC milk Lunch 3oz turkey chicken or tuna Dinner 3oz turkey chicken or tuna Snack Another Protein Shake made with CC Milk And I dran****il my teeth were floating Good luck! Hey Karyn Good luck with getting back to the basics. I know it can be tough but I have faith in you! Things I cant live without.. Gordans baked fish filets.. yummy and 18 grams of protein chicken.. I like skinles/boneless chicken thighs Tuna Eggs Cheese Lean ham and turkey cold cuts Carb/sugar control yogart salad/cucumbers Turkey burgers Have a great weekend! Kay
