Happy Friday, Ladies I'm on my way out for a while so I'm posting early. I hope everyone had a nice day. After school, I came home and just hung out around the house. It has been cold and rainy all day! My menu~ B~ Protein shake S~ Beef Jerky L~ 1/4 C. Tuna salad & lettuce in a low carb wheat wrap & 2 cheese cubes D~ 1/4 C. Eggbeaters scrambled w/ ham and cheese S~ Protein Hot chocolate Cal: 663 Fat: 21 Carbs: 24 Protein: 100 Vitamins.. on track Water: 42 oz so far Exercise: none Good a great weekend, Kay

Hi Kay! This morning was good, but I had the worst afternoon ever and comforted myself with sweets So menu changed a bit... Tomorrow's a new day though!!! Breakfast: 2 egg omelet with 1 oz shrimp and cheese Lunch: Starbucks latte and pumpkin loaf Snack: Power Crunch Bar Dinner: Protein Shake Snack: Latte and three cookies from Subway Totals: (Cals/Fat/Carb/Protein) 1372/44/137/110 Water: 64 Vitamins: Check! Exercise: Work at Jack tonight... shopping for Halloween party tomorrow

Menu change: I went out and had a "drink" with friends so when I got back I had a ham and cheese roll up instead of eggs. Kay

I had a weird eating day...I'm posting this Saturday morning. We had a football game 2 hrs away and didn't get home until 1:00 a.m.! B: chicken salad w SB WW crackers S: protein coffee latte L: grilled fish/shrimp w/ a few pieces okra and a few green beans S: SF Frosted pecans D: Subway tuna salad and 2/3 cookie S: popcorn at ball game S: 1/2 Sonic hamburger patty w/ a little cheese vitamins: done water: 105 oz. or more exercise: 22 minutes on bike and 100 situps Karla 337/198/150
